    Gone With the Wind is definitely my cup of tea.  Nothing like that suave Southern hospitality, but it's too bad that Scarlet really didn't have a clue to what she really wanted.  Sadly enough, though, many young women are that way...

    What a choice!  I like them equally well for different reasons, so I can't pick one or the other, and contrary to Mick S's comment, they are definitely NOT drivel. 

    Aside from the fact that Scarlett O'Hara was a self-centered airhead (as were most Southern Belles of that period), GWTW remains a monumental work on the South before, during, and after the Civil War.  And My Fair Lady is a light-hearted peek into the very-real real class system the British call "Society".
