   You describe anxiety quite well in your article.
   
   This life does tend to get a bit hectic, an anxiety seems to lurk nearby.
   
   Thanks for sharing your own experience with anxiety.
   
   In, "The Poem" you point out how one feels when he suffers from anxiety.
   
   Like a dove in a cage..
   The dizziness, sweating, feeling like you might pass out, sleepless nights with thoughts keeping you awake...
   These are all very real symptoms.
   
   I love this line
   "Anxiety, the shadow follows me everywhere."
   
   It seems to never let go of us once it takes hold.
   
   It's an uphill journey...which is indeed what it feels like.  It's quite a struggle to defeat but you know you can win.

      Thanks Brenda for reviewing my response and for the kind comments. Yes, this week's word prompt brought back the memories of my struggle with anxiety. I had already published an article on it long back, but it was a challenge to create a poem with it. And nothing's more vivid than one's own experience I guess. So I decided to go with it. I am glad you liked my response. Have a great weekend my friend.

      Thanks Misbah, I am glad you liked my response. Like you I had already published an article on Anxiety, so it was fairly easy to create a poem on my personal experience. Have a great weekend dear friend.
