Anyone who knows Bill Holland will be pleased to know that there will soon be a series of books published and available based on Bill’s popular HubPages series ‘The Mailbag.’ Please take some time to read Rodric’s wonderful introduction.

John, I enjoyed Rodric's wonderful Introduction. I am happy to know Bill's mailbag articles are being converted to volumes of books. That is a great step on behalf of you three in keeping his work alive. Wish you three the very best.

What's not been mentioned so far is the dry wit. A cross between Bing Crosby and Bob Hope (a Yank and a Limey). It doesn't always come across very obviously. That's the Crosby side, the Yank. And the sardonic one liner, Bob Hope, is kept to a minimum, not aimed at anyone but handy as a reminder not to overstep the mark. He, Mister Holland, is master of ceremonies, he's the one that dishes out the advice and accolades, you ask the questions. Let's keep it that way. Every now and then a twitch of the curtains reveals some backstage humour, maybe something put in by a wag - like me - who has ago at knitting together a Transatlantic sideshow and he shows his appreciation. Just don't upset the apple cart ...

Yes, Alan, you are certainly right to mention Bill’s dry wit. There has been very little “messing with anything” especially in regard to Bill’s words of wisdom, and I am sure it will still come across as written in his voice, wit and all.

Is it going to be available on Amazon? Are you going to edit out the questions that asked Bill about his thoughts on the HP changes, editors, etc.?

I am so happy to know about the anthology of Mr. Bill Holland's mailbag. I am pleased that Mr. Bill's advice and tips will now be available not only to HubPages users, but also to writers, new writers, and readers outside of HubPages as well. Best wishes to everyone who is working hard to make this happen. I received Linda's email a few days ago, and when I learned about the team of three wonderful people (you, Linda, and Rodric), I knew the results would be spectacular. Thank you to all of you for doing this amazing work.

    Thanks for sharing, John.
    Blessings always!!

Thank you for supporting this project, Misbah. I must admit that Rodric and Linda have done the majority of the work on these books. I have just lent a little support and suggestions. Blessings.
