Gianella has given some excellent advice in her article. Her suggestions are very important for helping someone with a known problem and are something that we should remember. “Let’s be a strength and a source of happiness to others” is wonderful advice!

Gianella’s disclaimer is important as well. If someone has severe and prolonged problems with breathing (for example), we may need to contact emergency services, even if we know that the person has a specific health problem.

Yes, especially if the situation is really really getting bad and out of control. They should immediately contact professional help. My advice is just almost of a first aid in dealing with this kind of scenarios and is not suitable to cases that are almost life threatening.

Thank you for appreciating this work of mine Linda. Glad you like the message at the end. Stay blessed.

    Hello Gianella!
An excellent article with poems about how to take care of others, especially children, adults or elderly in case of panic attacks and stressful situations. It’s important to be calm to provide a solution to the problem, in such situations. Thank you for sharing this helpful information.

Thank you Ravi! My muse came rushing and felt the need to do so as I believe not much people are aware of when and how to help these people when the need arises. Happy to be of help. Although, again I'm not a medical professional. smile

These are wise words, Gianella. I like very much your advise on being literate about what is left unsaid. I see how crucial this is in daily interactions.

Thank you Mary! Sometimes we only choose to hear and understand what's being said through the noisy mouths of the community, we forget that there are also things that although it is not being directly told, we still got to try and hear them out and try to understand them. Just like how much writers would go beyond in developing characters and story wise.

Glad a line has made an impression to you. There will always be a unique line that'll stand out in every piece. Sometimes it varies depending on the readers' choice.

      Regards and Stay safe. smile
