This is a sad poem in which a girl exhausted and frustrated expresses her emotions in the form of a beautiful poem. This very act might help her to deal with life better and think more positively. I liked the poem very much and appeciate it. Thanks for sharing, Misbah.
Thanks Ravi for sharing her poem..
Beautifully expressed emotions, about getting frustrated, if the dreams and desires are not fulfilled.
This happens to all of us, may be countless number of times.
But, we have to—have to, pull ourselves up, gather bits and pieces, and dream/ hope again—and again.
I believe that, Hope is always better than hopelessness.
Every story doesn’t have a happy ending, but life moves on, as we think of other alternatives.
Thank you Misbah, for sharing this well crafted poem.
Thank you Raviji, for highlighting this in the forum.

Misbah has created a very powerful poem about a person facing problems in life. I like Rosina's idea that writing about her difficulties could help the subject of the poem deal with the problems.

This is a powerful piece that speaks volumes.
The hurt we feel inside makes us want to go to the other side.
Sadly it's not the answer, for we have so much more to fulfill here on earth.
When our time is up, our path will meet up with the dreams we desire in our hearts.
The ones we love want us to continue. To make the most of a life they didn't have enough time to share with us.
Don't let the darkness in...let the light shine.
Hugs from across the universe

A wonderful poem by Misbah Somehow, it can relate to every human being. Humans cannot exist without dreams. When dreams cannot be fulfilled, they bring pain and sorrow. So, the wise option is to go through this phase with patience.
Stay safe and healthy...

While the girl in Misbah's poem may have lost hope, her faith in the next life endures. That may be enough to pull her through this temporary feeling of hopelessness. Thanks for the dual sharing of Misbah's poetry Ravi and Moondot.
Peggy, thank you so much for your beautiful and insightful comment. Yes, even though the girl in my poem is losing hope, her faith in the next life endures. I genuinely appreciate your thoughtful response.
I hope you're having a lovely day with your friends and family today. Happy Easter!

Beautiful poem with deep emotions, Misbah. I loved it. Yes when we face disappointments and frustrations in life, the thought of a better afterlife will keep us going and we continue to hope and dream again. One should never give up on life. Stay blessed dear friend.
