   Rosina, this is a beautifully reflective piece you have written through your conscience. You teach us an important lesson: we win sometimes, and we lose sometimes; we have victories and defeats and happy events and accidents in our lives.
   
   We should treat the positives and negatives with the same vigor and learn to live life the best way possible. Thanks for sharing this excellent article.

   Hello, Rosina.
   It was a beautiful piece of writing. I'm sure it helped you heal a little bit; I remember writing one to my anxiety once.
   I'm sorry you can't pray Namaz while standing properly, but Allah says it's all about intentions, and your intentions are pure, my friend. Allah loves you! Remember that you earn much more reward for your Namaz because you pray even if you are suffering with pain. I'll remember you in my prayers.
