Everything is rolling...

   More good news just keep rolling in for us finally. We have most of the papers finally signed...probably more to come but hey it's all good. We just got the news that the appraisal in and it is good so we are still on track. Just have to send in a few more papers to the loan guy but we have been approved for the loan. And our loan guy said that escrow should be closed by April 21st.
   
   Then my cuz/realtor text me last night with more good news. The people who are renting the condo right now are in escrow for the house that they want. I am so happy that they have found a place. Their two daughters are SWEETHEARTS and deserve a place that they can call their own and they have found it.
   
   So now just need to figure out health-wise what is wrong with me next week on the 6th. And I also have tons of great ideas for pyrography...starting with my cousin and his wife who are expecting their first baby. I asked them for the full name and to email me a copy of their most recent UltraSound so I can make them a special babyshower gift.

      Hehehehee trust me Beth those eggs won't be able to hide from me. I gave up chocolate for lent and I am DYING for some chocolate Yes I know I am crazy but I give it up every year for lent :F Once did soda and chocoalte...yea parents won't let me do that again and hubby says no way too

         Good, hubby came home last night and will fly back early Tuesday.  We've found a few houses in Cali we like, but need to sell this one first, I hope soon.  I'm sure we'll be here until the end of the school year...too late to transfer him now.
