   There is talk he is encouraging the riots.  If he is this is terrible and unacceptable of a president.  He is supposed to be uniting the country not splitting it apart.

   Yes, I believe he is.  He is still our President and some well chosen words from him could go far toward making this a peaceful transition.
   
   His silence on this issue speaks volumes regarding his personal feelings about the protests.  It seems he thinks this will be a great chapter in his Legacy and wants it to continue for a long time to come.
   
   If he doesn't want to lead this country until inauguration day he should just go play golf and let Trump take over.

   Wikileaks shared Podesta's emails with the Democratic Party saying let's organize violence at Trump events to make Trump supporters look violent, and Project Veritas managed to get video of Democrat leaders saying yes, we hire people to instigate violence at conservative events to blame on conservatives.
   Now the election as passed. They lost. And there are Craigslist ads for $15-20 an hour and $1500/week to "protest Trump". There are videos of buses coming in to drop off protestors. These are organized riots to make Trump look bad.

There have been many screen captures of Craiglist ads offering to pay demonstrators, both now and during the election. There are organizations engaged in inciting riots, and they are well organized and well funded, even though this kind of activity is illegal.

    Well at least Obama is consistent.  When black lives matter was rioting over deaths of blacks via police he did nothing to denounce riots in Fergison MO or in North Carolina.  He had reversed about 50 years of racial progress.  We still had a way to go but before Obama,  things were looking better for black/ right relations.  Because of his elitist and race bating actions,  we are even more divided as a country.  I thought things were going wrong with George W Bush but they are far worse now.

       Very true. Blacks had a better quality of life in 1955 than they have now. Black kids got a good education, the unemployment rate was low, black families were relatively stable, and black neighborhoods were not violent and drug-and-gang infested.

    Well, in my opinion, while i don't think obama is encouraging the people to riot on purpose, i think that he is encouraging them with out meaning to, and besides the point even if obama told them to stop rioting the people would not listen to him and would most likely riot more violently than they have been because of the fact that both trump and the Vice president have hate towards the LGBT community, african americans, immigrants, women, and many other minority groups in america that know that if they don't fight now they might never be able to fight again or in some cases might be deported or killed. i know you might think its obama's fault that there are massive riots going on right now but its not, its trumps. because of trump all of the minorities feel scared that maybe the next day they wake up they will be deported, be arrested, or in worst case scenario be killed. they feel this way because off all the ignorant things trump said during his campaign for president about minority groups that has put this fear in to the minorities and has caused them to riot and fight for them to be apart of this country, to have a say in what they can and cant do, and to stop trum from making relations between the united states of america and other countries that we ether have good relations or awful relations, that if they get any worse they might start a war, to get worse and to keep relations between are nations good.

    It appears that until there is a time with hard evidence in hand and no speculation or theories. His hands are tied.

    Of course he is. He and Hillary and Soros.
