    Trump.

I will make america great again single handedly. I know more than anyone” about pretty much everything in the world ― including drone technology, campaign finance, the military, the courts, social media, trade, banking, money, the economy and “the system. I have not told one single lie. I'm the most honest leader we have ever had. And the best. I am a stable genius.. A better business man than Bill Gates. I know more about ISSI than the Generals do. I'm a good weight and this is my real hair. I'm well hung and would go out with my daughter if I was not her Daddy. Have not one racist bone in my body. I plan to imprison Hillary and build a beautiful wall. I created the greatest economy in the history of America. I will stop the Iraq war and stop drugs. I loves gays, the poor, retarts and the uneducated. I will make America great again, oh! I said that already.butt wilI guarantee you that.

People voted for me other than white Christain males, so I wasn't just selected. I have great respect for the Pope,” I like the Pope. I actually like him. He’s becoming very political, there’s no question about it. He seems like a pretty good guy.” But ISSI is out to get the Pope.

I am the best job maker that God ever created. I'm highly educated, I know big words, nobody knows words like me. I have natural science instincts. Banking, nobody knows banking like I do, yeeeeshh!

Please add more of your own most outrageous Trump bragging quotes.

The only thing you missed, Castlealoma, that he didn't say, was he is the messiah, so nothing's you left out. That sounds like Nebuchadnezzar's bragging, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty which suggests he is supposed to be replaced by the messiah in a week or month or so after saying it. The United States of America is Revelation 17 & 18's Babylon into which the messiah is to govern the world into a world of peace and, as the saying goes, the darkest hour is just before dawn. I don't think the world can become any darker than now.

You forgot he may say: everyone comes from s*t hole nations, except northern Europe and my family. lol. It's funny how the extreme right can't really see how much they are like the extreme left in their goals: to make government in their image. Maybe they should kiss and be friends.
A "lie" is an "exaggeration" on both sides.
Truth is conditional in both camps.
I've listened to speeches by Farrkahn and R. Spencer. These guys really sound alike.
Both tap into fear and hate to draw the fringe because they can't hold the middle with their nonsense.

Valeant, you forgot the king of all hatemongers- DAVID DUKE.  Duke is on a rampage, claiming Caucasians are discriminated against.  Duke is on his constant spiel on blaming Jews for everything that is wrong w/America. However, people are fighting back against racial division & hatred, thank God.  There are crackpots but they aren't in the majority.

WHICH FORM OF CRAZY DO WANT RULING THE LAND?

I'll take the form which is biblically inspired. I'll take the form which God Himself approves of ... (while forgiving the small stuff.)

Parts of Jesus consciousness I agree with. Then there parts of Christains they call themselves good Christain like Trump, I call them good hypocrites. US is too one side with Christains Religion, the US congress is 99% Judeo/ Christains. Any over dominant group or  too centralized group becomes the most dangerous.

Castlepaloma, Either Yang or Yin is only half of the potential, Eve's [meaning that which precedes] being removed from Adam [meaning man] means one of those two were removed from man which left man, as Adam renamed them both, woman, thus, to be Born Again is require to become man again.

I live in the US rust belt.In the city I live in, another factory just went out last week ...about 300 jobs lost. When a new factory comes in, there's about 20 jobs. The days when factories employed thousands of Americans are over, mainly due to automation. Those glory days are not coming back. In order to keep up, we must focus on education and the future, not the past.

      1. wilderness profile image94
wildernessposted 4 years agoin reply to this

I see it as very true that factories employing thousands are few and far between, and decreasing all the time.  Automation is the biggest reason, I think, and it is a part of why the productivity has risen so far so fast and why a factory does not require the labor it once did.

But that is not a reason to set aside our manufacturing base, allowing it to move overseas and requiring that we purchase our hard goods from non-American sources.  It most certainly IS a reason to focus on education and the future, though - jobs will require more and better skills, different skills, and skills that cannot be (reasonably) learned on the job.  Even the construction industry faces this; where once a shovel was all there was there are now highly skilled machine operators doing the same job 10X as fast and more precisely.  Even the hand tools have changed away from simple muscle to powered tools and chemicals.

"But that is not a reason to set aside our manufacturing base, allowing it to move overseas and requiring that we purchase our hard goods from non-American sources."

I agree. We should do what is possible to have as many manufacturing jobs as we can. Of course, as always, a cost benefit analysis must be done. I mean, is a ten year tax abatement worth 15 $30,000 a year jobs? There are many considerations, but I don't think manufacturing is something we should ever completely abandon as a nation, even if the only jobs are in computers/robotics. As we've said, this is one reason why proper education is key.

          1. wilderness profile image94
wildernessposted 4 years agoin reply to this

I highly dislike the notion of subsidizing private sector jobs.  All we're doing is paying the company - providing or building their profit, in order to have that job.  In general, my view is that if a product cannot be made to include a profit then it isn't worth making.

I also recognize where that leaves us - with jobs going overseas.  I just don't like that specific answer.

I'd also say that there is a great deal of manufacturing jobs that produce products we NEED for our lifestyle.  Cars, refrigerators, cell phones, computers, etc.  The list is very long, and to allow those to come under the control of a foreign government is not smart.  IMHO - Trump had it right when he commented to the effect that steel is a national security issue and must not be allowed to go overseas.  Some, sure, but not all of it.

I'm pulling this out as it's the closest thing to a disagreement we have here. I do see the necessity of creating steel here in the US. I do see Trump's "national security" tactic as executive overreach. Perhaps not any worse than what other recent Presidents have done, but I think we need to reign in the executive a bit. I'm far from an expert on keeping jobs from going overseas. I can only go back to education, and targeted education for specific jobs/industries to make the US more attractive for production plants. Maybe a cultural revolution that lessened the devastating effects of hard drugs would help as well.

If you stay away from the Trump bashing threads, where name calling is de ruigeur and expected you'll be ahead.  I just about refuse to participate in them any more, except to poke fun at some of those that are most ridiculous.

I mainly have trouble with the trolls, Dan. Matt, the head mod, seems to love them for some reason. Perhaps he's one of them....

As far as the Trump bashing threads go, I'll continue to bash the cretin.  smile

Randy, Trump isn't worth it.  We all have our forum subject obsessions.  I have quite a few- the issue of abortion (pro-choice), large/very families(which I am against) & the status of oldest children in families, particularly in large/very large families(hellish at best).  I am quite virulently opinionated regarding these subjects as people KNOW.  I can become quite venomously...…...rabid.  People are QUITE  AWARE where I stand on these subjects...……….I can go into...……..ATTACK MODE...….sssssssssssss.

Good to see you here again Randy. The main trolls, which drug me into the mud, seem to have disappeared, though you just can't stop trolls. I have a hard time with them as well. I always took the bullies' bait in the schoolyard as well.

Glad to be back, Don! I too detest a bully, either online or in person. I still don't understand why they allow trolls on a writing site, but Matt won't explain why.

ha ha..Trump is the world's best expert on small hands. Everyone knows that. We must remember that how we conduct ourselves matters...unless you are President of the US.

When Donald Trump calls North Korea’s Kim Jong-un “Little Rocket Man”, he just means he penis is bigger. The leader of the free world is so far beyond embarrassment that he makes the penis references all by himself. Why wouldn't he lie about his penis size, when you got huge missiles to make up for it.
