Breitbart just announced that the traffic to their website has been reduced by 99% from google searches. This is very bad for democracy. Google needs to come clean about their search algorithms.
If this is intentional, heads need to roll...
Here is article from Breitbart -

I can believe that... It is so hard to find any non-bias information on Google. It is clearly a biased engine. Bing is a good search engine. You won't see NYT or WAPO turn up at top of first page. For instance, try a search on Trump's accomplishments at Bing. Then compare it to same search at Google.
Jack, it's a private company. You might have point if they were regulated like utilities. But guess who's against that...the GOP.
Utility-style regulation of online platforms & social media would have to be done by an act of Congress. They would then be designated a "common carrier." Congress is not interested in going down that path because that would bring up all kinds of intellectual property concerns with disclosure and would lead to an assortment of new regulations. A majority of Dems and the GOP don't support this regulation.
Breitbart has been bleeding ad revenue for years. They have a bigger problems than Google algorithms.
Google is a monopoly who should be treated as one and subject to anti-trust laws. Many other companies in history have been broken a part because they were a monopoly. Anybody remember Bell telephone?
"THE MONOPOLY-BUSTING CASE AGAINST GOOGLE, AMAZON, UBER, AND FACEBOOK
"AntitrustAntitrust crusaders have built up serious momentum in Washington, but so far, it’s all been theory and talk. Groups like Open Markets have made a strong case that big companies (especially big tech companies) are distorting the market to drive out competitors. We need a new standard for monopolies, they argue, one that focuses less on consumer harm and more on the skewed incentives produced by a company the size of Facebook or Google."

Trump aspires to turn the United States into a Soviet-style autocracy with him playing Putin's role here in the states. He already tried to corrupt our elections in 2020 and weave a false narrative that he won when he actually lost. It's evident to many Americans and why he will...

I been hearing "things" about Pence regarding his continued usefulness for Trump and the GOP. Trump, having little loyalty, was considering Nikki Haley of South Carolina for VEEP in 2020. If Trump is nothing else, he is expedient, this might help the GOP with so many disaffected female...

Is Trump so sure the 2020 election was stolen because he used the same tactics in 2016 and he was successful in stealing an election he lost by three million votes? Will we ever know what really happened in 2016?
