Could Obama offer the final piece of the puzzle that leads to Joe's impeachment?

All is changing daily in regard to Comer's investigation into Joe Biden, and his family. August was a very productive month in the way of whistleblowers stepping up with information, and now with the document that shows Obama had signed off on giving Ukraine aid without any form of stipulations on firing anyone in the Ukraine Government weeks before Joe's visit.

However, Joe did put that stipulation on the money, we have him doing so on film.  It is yet to be seen if this was a bribe or not.  However, there is one man who could clarify if he stipulated that the AG be fired.

I would think Obama could close the matter quickly if he is subpoenaed.   Perhaps he verbally ordered Joe to make a stipulation that the AG be fired. Yes, Obama could truely shed light and truth on this issue.

It also appears the Obama administration was pleased with Victor Shokin.

"Hmmmm. Victor Shokin — the top Ukraine prosecutor whom then-Veep Joe Biden got fired in March 2016 for alleged malfeasance — sure was popular with the rest of the Obama administration.

That love shines through in newly unearthed documents:

“We have been impressed with the ambitious reform and anti-corruption agenda of your government,” gushed the State Department’s Ukraine point person Victoria Nuland to Shokin in summer 2015.

“Ukraine has made sufficient progress on its reform agenda to justify a third guarantee” of aid money, noted another federal functionary that October.

So why did Biden single him out for disposal?

One thing we know: It sure did help his son Hunter.

Remember: Shokin was fired right as he was breathing down the neck of Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

And Burisma, you’ll recall, had made ne’er-do-well Hunter a board member with a sky-high salary despite his literal zero experience either in global business (other than influence-peddling) or energy exploration and exploitation. In my view, this is all getting very ugly. Too ugly to dismiss at this point.

In terms of Obama, during the video Biden recounts how he challenged whoever he was speaking to in Ukraine at the time to 'call him"  sounds pretty confident that he had the backing of the boss. If Republicans think that they can prove otherwise then certainly have at it.

The only thing Obama, or any other leftist will "offer", is another nail for Trump's coffin.
Don't get me wrong, Trump is far from that, more energized than before, but nevertheless, the left {including MSM} is on the ready with their nail supply! They'll just need to give the hammer to someone other than Biden, he'll hurt himself!

They have made it perfectly clear that the Dem Party comes before all else; before our Nation's sovereignty and safety and certainly before, we the people, our livelihoods...our future!

You two must be talking about the GOP today.

"You two must be talking about the GOP today."  Your comment makes no sense, in regard to the subject of the thread.

The subject of this thread was clearly laid out. I shared a  New York Post article.  AB expressed her opinion on the subject.   My perspective and closing remark concern the recently obtained document that Congress has become aware of.

I arrived at a definite stance after thoroughly investigating this fresh information. While you might not share my viewpoint, it remains my own.  Your response came across as impolite, and a childish attempt to bait discord, as you didn't engage with the thread's subject and instead included a discourteous remark about fellow commenters who had taken the time to share their thoughts.

Did you read the article? If so, perhaps you could comment on its contents.    https://nypost.com/2023/08/23/team-obam … him-fired/

"EU diplomats working on Ukraine at the time have, however, told the FT that they were looking for ways to persuade Kiev to remove Mr Shokin well before Mr Biden entered the picture. The push for Mr Shokin’s removal was part of an international effort to bolster Ukraine’s institutions following Russia’s annexation of Crimea and the armed conflict in the eastern part of the country.

“All of us were really pushing [former Ukrainian president Petro] Poroshenko that he needs to do something, because the prosecutor was not following any of the corruption issues. He was really bad news,” said an EU diplomat involved in the discussions. “It was Biden who finally came in [and triggered it]. Biden was the most vocal, as the US usually is. But we were all literally complaining about the prosecutor.”

Prominent Republican senators, including Rob Portman of Ohio and Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, were on a similar push at the time, calling for “urgent reforms to the prosecutor-general’s office and judiciary” in an early 2016 letter to Mr Poroshenko.

Also, Burisma Holdings was not under scrutiny at the time Joe Biden called for Shokin to be removed, per the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, an independent agency that has worked closely with the FBI.

Perhaps best to offer information that has thus far been collected by the Oversight Committee.

"Chairman James Comer and Oversight Committee Republicans are investigating the Biden family’s domestic and international business dealings to determine whether these activities compromise U.S. national security and President Biden’s ability to lead with impartiality. Members of the Biden family have a pattern of peddling access to the highest levels of government to enrich themselves, often to the detriment of U.S. interests. We are committed to following the Biden family and associates’ money trail—consisting of many complex, international transactions worth millions of dollars—and providing answers to the American people. The American people deserve to know whether the President’s connections to his family’s business deals occurred at the expense of American interests and whether they represent a national security threat.

Evidence obtained by Committee Republicans reveals Joe Biden lied to the American people about his involvement in his family’s business schemes. The Biden family business model is built on Joe Biden’s political career and connections with Joe Biden as the ‘chairman of the board.’ Biden family members sold access for profit around the world to the detriment of American interests. If President Biden is compromised by deals with foreign adversaries and they are impacting his decision making, this is a threat to national security. The American people deserve transparency and accountability about the Biden family’s influence peddling. With the new Republican majority, Oversight Committee Republicans will continue pressing for answers to inform legislative solutions to prevent this abuse of power."
