There is the Russo-Ukrainian War; now there is the Israeli-Palestinian War?   Is this the start of Armageddon?  If you believe that Biblical prophesy is becoming true, state your reasons?  If you maintain that such is the present condition of humankind & not Biblical prophesy, what are your reasons?

I found the video intriguing while enjoying the music probably the most. I gave attention at 95 AD. Supposedly that is when the Book of Revelations was written with its prophecy of wars and such leading to this and that of end times.

As can be seen since that date there was as the video shared more battles occurring and running pretty much concurrently as is with today and recent history if not more. The key factor is we know about them today worldwide pretty much so there seems to be more. Alas, technology and the advent of radio, TV, and the internet.

Yes, that sums it up in a nutshell e.g. we have far more awareness of worldwide events as they happen these days, and therefore it gives the impression of ‘more’; especially these, when just about everyone have video cameras on their smart phones and can upload the video clips to the world in an instant.

And yet, when someone points this out when all those reports of extreme climate events show up on the news, they are told they are climate deniers.

This will be one of my last posts on HP for a while as we’re on a week’s holiday to Hastings from tomorrow; so that over the weekend we can see the re-enactment of the Battle of Hastings on the very spot where the infamous battle took place in 1066.

Yeah, my FaceBook feed has a lot of speculative information on the Book of Revelations and the Old Testament book of Daniel appearing in my feed now. In my HubPages feed there, also, have been articles appearing on that. One recent one is at the link next.

The Israeli - Hamas Middle East War and Revelations by perrya (10/0/23) It is a short read.

      I learned a long time ago when studying the scriptures to stay away from the guessing game of prophetic interpretations of those two books. The scriptures remind us not to guess. One paper from Liberty University speaks to that with the following quote;

"At least six passages (eight if parallel passages are included) specifically
warn believers against date-setting. Yet down through church history, there has been an amazing amount of date-setting. About every two years there is usually someone who makes headlines proclaiming that they know the date of the Second Coming or the Rapture".

The last end of the earth party I went to. Was in a bar in Crescent BC with an Elvis impersonator singing.  Nobody was going to sell me their property for cash. So I found out, they had little faith after all.

Have you heard of Harold Camping? He predicted the end of world years ago and when they were in the middle of their evangelization campaign stopped accepting donations since they no longer needed cash at the end of the world! Deluded, and I think he messed up a lot of lives when people got rid of their houses and quit their jobs, but unlike those guys in the bar I think he was a true believer.

Bars across North America hit record sales, at least it was great for them.
Crescent BC has the highest rate per capita for churches and bars combination in Canada.  It's where they come to wash their sins.

How many times have we heard throughout human history about- It's the end of the world.
Actually recent war history in our lifetime, is the  lowest per capita deaths ever in human history. Only the fear mongering is at its highest for the highest profiteering rackets. It's why I don't take life so seriously and when joking is when being most serious. It maybe self prophecy for the ones who believe in killing themselves, I can't imagine running of ideas to avoid killing themselves or others.  Most dangerous people are the weak, not the strong in body and mind.

The last statement is indeed true.  It is the weak people who welcome demagogues & other tyrants.   Strong people want liberty & will fight to get/maintain it.

Are we closer to Armageddon than ever before?

          Without doubt.

Never in human history... prior to the 1950s... did Weapons exist that could destroy the world.  They do now.

There are past cycles of human civilization ups and downs, IE - Roman Empire, Mongol Empire, British Empire, Spanish, etc. etc.

There are pandemics that ravaged the world wiping out a third of the population IE -

The Black Death killing an estimated 100 to 200 million people in the 14th century, that's the equivalent of killing a couple billion people today.

The Justinian plague, which occurred in the 6th century killed 40 to 50 million people, about half of the world’s population at that time.

Imagine that?  Now we have 8 billion.

Despite all the wars, all the sickness, all the catastrophes... we never had weapons that could destroy all humanity and put the world into darkness for a hundred years.

We do now.  And it is only now, that is seems we have the type of leadership so out of touch with reality that they will use those weapons or force another country that has them to use them.

Attacking Russia on it's border is insane.

If having an Administration that tells you its ok for children to have sex changes, its ok for men to say they are women and force women to accept it, that who gets the job will no longer be based on merit or ability but on equity and filling the quota, that Americans are deplorables and domestic terrorists and must be handled as the biggest threat to the nation...

If all the BS this Administration is doing doesn't tell you its full of people out of touch with reality... the insane running the Asylum... then starting a war with Russia on its border, allowing our missiles and drones to rain down on Moscow should.

          Is this end times?

How delusional and deranged do think this Administration is?

I think they are leading us to it with all haste.

There is a few things I'm optimistic about. As monsteruos as million to one cold heart bureaucrocks and wealthiest are. The Crocodile actually love their young too. Can't imagine them totally destroying the earth, as they love their family. They just can't help their world's worst virtues, that being the mental illnesses of greed.  My faith is in the :We the people:. The other optimistic view is if all the people are gone, the grass will be greener, the sky will be blueier and wildlife will be happier.

Top common cause of death. Don't even see war deaths in the top 59 cause of deaths. There is lower cause of death in our lifetime for wars per capita than any other time in human history. It's just another fear mongering tool for assumed authorities for power and money like carbonism and workism.

I don't need a book of fairy tales to tell me that Humanity is, and always has been, a belligerent species that's hell-bent on destroying itself sooner rather than later.

Your answers are always succinct & welcomed.   Nice to see you, Fred. It is sad that humankind is still at a primitive level although it is the 21st century.  Hopefully this century will be better than the last century.  The 20th century was a century of STARK, EXTREME contrasts.
