With all the uproar about Trump’s picks for his administration, scandals abound, and Democrats seem intent on wringing their hands over every alleged indiscretion of those nominated. But perhaps we should turn our attention to the man currently holding the top job. For the last eight years, Democrats have chanted their favorite mantra, “No one is above the law,” all while relentlessly pursuing Donald Trump. Yet my focus is on a different president—Joe Biden—who appears to have repeatedly skirted the law.
Reports suggest that Biden is considering more pardons, including the possibility of preemptive ones. This type of pardon is rare, typically used sparingly in U.S. history. It raises the question: Who might he pardon next? Could it be more family members? Individuals tied to the January 6 committee? Or even himself? The implications are staggering.
James Comer has built a compelling case filled with substantial evidence—evidence that stems from Biden’s actions before he became president, meaning the Presidential immunity clause would not apply. Comer’s accusations paint a damning portrait of a “crime family” enriched through possible pay-to-play schemes involving multiple foreign nations. These allegations are not minor; they suggest systemic corruption and dealings that could amount to treason.
If the investigation into the Biden family’s activities continues, it will test the Democrats’ own principle: “No one is above the law.” If these accusations prove true, the consequences would be nothing short of monumental. Treason is not a term to use lightly, but if the claims hold, it’s plain and simple—justice must prevail. This isn’t just about Joe Biden; it also involves family members who appear to be connected to these alleged crimes.
Here are the three biggest lies at the heart of the Biden family's influence-peddling scandal:
Joe Biden claimed he never discussed his son’s business dealings.
The Biden campaign and officials discredited Hunter Biden's laptop as "Russian disinformation."
Joe Biden stated his family never received money from China.
From the start, it was clear that President Joe Biden was dishonest about his family’s business activities. He repeatedly assured the American people that he had no involvement in Hunter Biden’s dealings, but the evidence tells a different story. Recently, Biden took an unprecedented step by issuing a sweeping pardon to his son, Hunter, contradicting his past promises to avoid interference. This pardon is remarkable not only in its scope—spanning over a decade of alleged corruption—but also in its timing, as scrutiny over his involvement intensifies. Unlike President Gerald Ford’s pardon of Richard Nixon, which aimed to unify the nation, Biden’s action appears self-serving, shielding his family from accountability.
The House Oversight and Accountability Committee, uncovered extensive evidence of Biden family corruption. Despite resistance from the administration, our investigation revealed a web of over 20 shell companies used to obscure millions in foreign payments to the Bidens, with Joe Biden undeniably at the center. Let’s address the lies:
Lie 1: Joe Biden consistently claimed he never discussed his son’s business dealings. Evidence disproves this. Testimonies and documentation show that as Vice President, he dined or met with several of Hunter Biden’s foreign business associates. Devon Archer, a family associate, confirmed that Biden dined with figures like Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina and Kazakhstani businessman Kenes Rakishev, among others. These meetings coincided with large financial transactions to Hunter and his associates. Archer also testified that Biden once spoke on a speakerphone with Baturina, later followed by her committing millions to a Biden-linked entity.
Lie 2: Just before the 2020 election, Biden’s campaign, with the help of now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken, orchestrated a narrative dismissing Hunter Biden’s laptop as “Russian disinformation.” This falsehood was echoed by 51 former intelligence officials and repeated by Biden himself during a presidential debate. Yet, testimony from IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley and others confirmed that the FBI authenticated the laptop as early as 2019. The laptop provided key evidence in the investigation into Hunter Biden, revealing the extent of Joe Biden’s involvement in these business ventures.
Lie 3: Joe Biden told voters his family did not receive money from China. Our investigation uncovered payments amounting to millions from Chinese entities to Biden family members, including a direct trail of $40,000 that landed in Joe Biden’s personal account. When confronted, Biden denied these facts, shifting his narrative from "never discussed business" to claiming he was "never in business" with his son.
The deception extends beyond these lies. Whistleblowers from the IRS testified under oath that the Department of Justice impeded their ability to investigate evidence linking Joe Biden to these dealings. Associates of the Bidens have repeatedly confirmed under oath that Joe Biden was the linchpin of their business, referred to as “the brand” that facilitated these transactions. INTERVIEW OF: GARY A. Joe Biden has long presented himself as a man of integrity, but his actions tell a different story. His legacy may now be defined by the lies he told to protect himself and his family, rather than by the values he once claimed to uphold.
Questions---- The House Oversight Committee’s investigation has already raised troubling questions about foreign business transactions and the role Joe Biden might have played in facilitating them. Given the scope of the Biden family's alleged involvement in these controversial dealings and President Biden's own assertion that "no one is above the law," do you feel it prudent for the new AG to give the findings of the congressional investigation a thorough review?
Do you think Biden will pardon any of his family members who could have been involved in the above pay-for-play allegation?
For laughs! How many comments will be posted until all of Joe's pay-to-play problems are blamed on Trump? LOL Hopefully, all can respect the subject of my OP.
Comer and crew had 4 years to prove their allegations. They came up with nothing. They don't deserve another 4 years, my God how incompetent are these people. What happened to their witnesses? One of them disappeared and the other one ended up being brought up on charges for lying to the FBI about the Biden's for political purposes. Jordan and comer have been quiet for a while now and for good reason...they have nothing and have thoroughly embarrassed themselves. Your post raises all the allegations that they were unable to prove. Time to move on. Remember...it's all about grocery costs, cutting energy costs by 50%, cheap gas, lower housing prices, lower mortgage rates, tax breaks and so on. Trump was not hired to revive fruitless investigations. He was hired for the giveaways. There is a very little appetite in this country for continued diversion and waste of taxpayer money on comical hearings.
No more "look here not there". I'll have my eye on milk prices...not the clown car.

We will soon have an Attorney General who will likely take a thorough and deeper look into Biden's alleged pay-for-play schemes. I'm not sure what you believe was disproven—nothing I've shared has been debunked in any way. The testimonies were firsthand accounts, and the documents presented were legitimate bank records. Why would you think this evidence is false? Are you suggesting the under-oath testimonies are untruthful, that the bank records have been falsified, or are you simply unwilling to accept the facts as they are? It’s interesting how some liberals suddenly seem to be tired of investigations now that it’s their own side under scrutiny. How unfortunate for you!
Fortunately, the DOJ is an independent branch of government, created to root out corruption and crimes. With a dedicated AG under Trump, the job of holding wrongdoers accountable and sending them to federal prison, if necessary, will be in capable hands, allowing the President to focus on his duties. The days of deflecting and covering up are over. As a result, left-leaning media outlets are either struggling or changing their approach, realizing that many Americans no longer trust their misinformation. The days of " look here, not there are over".
or are you simply unwilling to accept the facts as they are?
The so called facts didn't lead to criminal referrals.
House Republican Report Finds No Evidence of Wrongdoing by President Biden...
"Republicans who promised to use their new majority to unearth evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden acknowledged on Wednesday that they had yet to uncover incriminating material about him, despite their frequent insinuations that he and his family have been involved in criminal conduct and corruption."
"The Republicans conceded that they had yet to find evidence of a specific corrupt action Mr. Biden took in office in connection with any of the business deals his son entered into. Instead, their presentation underscored how little headway top G.O.P. lawmakers have made in finding clear evidence of questionable transactions they can tie to Mr. Biden, their chief political rival."
Comer and Jordan simply did not make their case. They made a lot of unfounded allegations that they could not support.
"nothing I've shared has been debunked in any way.
But that's not the way any of this works. Allegations cannot simply be thrown out with the idea that the accused must somehow "debunk" them. The onus is on the accuser. Comer and crew have failed spectacularly. Hence no criminal referrals.

"The so called facts didn't lead to criminal referrals. " Not yet. In my view, we will probably not see any charges Dip shi-will pardon his family members so they can't be charged. I wish I could bet could wager on this. LOL
Again how do you support such a party --- They are so distasteful.
Sounds much like what they did to Trump. Wild accusations that they could not support, so simply made new ones and kept going.
Isn't that how we treat presidents now? Just keep making accusations and having impeachments and trials for years and years? I think it's time to move on to something new on Biden. Jaywalking, maybe, or spitting on the sidewalk. At least that might be provable, unlike what Trump has had to go through.
