It's all about who we are, vs the entitlement mentality.
That's really clever. Tip over a trash can, take a picture of it for the web, blame it on union thugs, and pretend you are going to 'clean' the mess you made. It's a metaphor, just like the title 'teabagger'.
Moving from fantasy to reality, police in Madison estimate that up to 100,000 people showed up to protest the law that Walker signed which curbs the work rights of public school teachers, in advance of deep cuts to education funding. This follows tax CUTS for the rich by Walker and his teabagger buddies.
Bear two facts in mind. This record-setting rally happened AFTER democrats lost. Second, the rally in Madison, Wisconson was bigger than any teabagger rally anywhere, including DC. This is the energy we have after a defeat.
Watch the Recall Elections. Independents working with democrats are going to recall eight republicans and reverse this tragedy. Walker can't be recalled until he has been in office a year. He's a gonner in his second year.
Gloat while you can. Moderates are seeing your movement for what it is - a front for the rich who want the benefits of getting rich in his this country, but aren't willing to pay their share of taxes.
Denial is not a river in Egypt.
You lefties have trashed every place you demonstrate, and yet, the TEA Party does not, with much larger groups.
It's always the same thing. You're self centered, uncaring, and irresponsible. And it shows when your types go off and have a demonstration.
Yet, you seek to try to convince the world that Conservatives are the devil incarnate. Frankly, you haven't the intellectual horsepower to understand any of this, as demonstrated repeatedly in your postings.
Do you EVER answer without trashing someone?
I don't have to trash anyone. The goons and idiots in Madison that he associates himself with did that for him. Covering himself in filth and proclaiming victory isn't exactly a means of inspiring kind words.
And look at yourself. You've never said even a true word about any political opponent. Your every post is crude, nasty, and insulting to your audience's intelligence. You arrogance is so offensive it's a testament to people's restraint that they don't tell you what you so righteously deserve.
Short answer, NO.
Displaying all the traits of a bully and a braggart are the only way.
I don't make any of this up. Here's pictures from Madison last weekend and the estimates of crowd size. A bunch of the participants were dairy farmers who will be without health care after Walker is done.
http://thinkprogress.org/2011/03/13/mai … tea-party/
LOL! Doug, I hate to break it to you.. .but you're just not worth arguing with. YOu haven't the ability to see reality, much less debate anything of substance.
Let's see. You link to a picture of a tipped over trash can which proves exactly nothing, and an article of teabagger opinions designed to perpetuate a myth.
I post to a picture of crowds overflowing the center of Madison with police estimates of the size of the crowd compared to official estimates of the biggest teabagger rally. I provided facts - you provided fluff.
What's the narrative going to be when the recall elections sweep the teabaggers out? It's on the way.
Don't forget, they showed a video of a supposed protest in Madison, with palm trees in the background!!!
They did not say those pics were from WI they were from a similar protest in FL.
From when, 1968?
There are 2 kinds of lies.
1. what you say
2. what you leave out
Look it upyou might have to read a truthful report from Fox though.
No such thing.
Who can listen to an ideology that refers to their opponents as pigs, hogs and macaca's?
Your party really thinks they are superior to all others don't they?
And I don't mean as in having the better ideas, I mean you think others are beneath you, like they are animals.
Intellectual horsepower? Now that's damn funny. I guess you thought that one through about as long as the early Obama haters considered their embracing of the term "teabaggers" to describe themselves.
No, you will not win any political victories. You're a tiny minority. Just a bunch of mindless, radical, violent goons, and nobody respects you anymore.
The horrific display of lies, absurdities, and mindlessly stupid behavior in Madison and elsewhere have destroyed any credibility or sympathy you thought you had. Keep dreaming. We're sick of your lawless and irresponsible greed and the elections will not only not go your way, but you'll lose even farther.
Violence? The police described the protests as orderly. As far as I can tell, in 3 weeks of protests and huge crowds there were no arrests.
Kinda flocks up the narrative.
Nothing new here... the left are slobs! Remember Becks rally in Washi?ngton on
8/28? The grounds were left spotless from a crowd of a half million... then there was the Stewart rally of about 200k... the grounds totally trashed!
Half a million???????????
"CBS commissioned an estimate from AirPhotosLive, a company that provides crowd sizes based on aerial photos. CBS noted that there's a margin of error of plus or minus 9,000. So, by this estimate, there were as few as 78,000 attendees or as many as 96,000."
http://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_upshot/20 … crowd-size
So the people who can be counted on to overstated their numbers by a factor of five, can be trusted to accurately measure trash
http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Politics/T … -showed-up
Leave it to you to take the liberal CBS numbers which everyone knows are wrong.
While we are on the subject,
"Stewart's event drew 215,000 people to the National Mall in Washington, based on a crowd estimate from AirPhotosLive.com. The same company, which examines aerial photos of crowds to gauge attendance, estimated between 78,000 and 96,000 people attended Beck's rally in August."
http://articles.nydailynews.com/2010-10 … l-estimate
The ability of teabaggers to believe their own lies knows no bounds.
It doesn't even phase you that the estimated range on the Stewart rally is so tight relative to the estimate on the Beck rally. Anyone that saw the pics KNOWS that 87k estimate is bogus ... the National Park Service and others had the crowd at over 300k... im surprised you didn't decide to believe Stewarts estimate of 6 Billion! Lol!
While we are on the subject of teabaggers unlimited ability to believe their own lies, here's one they got caught at.
"DOA now estimate Capitol damage as low as $350,000
Mar 04, 2011 4:46 PM CST
MADISON (WKOW) --The Department of Administration now says the damage estimate at the state Capitol could be $350,000. At a court hearing Thursday over access to the Capitol, the DOA estimated the cost to be about $7.5 million. The DOA says that was a "high-end" estimate. They say the $350,000 would cover a crew to perform "very limited" restoration on the marble as well as landscape restoration, according to an AP report. DOA originally said it could cost between $60,000 and $500,000 just to assess the building's condition. "
So the progression of teabaggers lies goes from 7.5 MILLION to 350,000. After someone gets the real numbers, it will be 10% of the low number, utter teabaggers will quote 7 million forever.

Brings back memories.
Not surprisingly the flags the Democrats threw away in Denver didn't even get used first. If they'd actually been used they'd look like this.
Face it. Lefties are pigs.
Another brain farted thread.
You people are seriously out to lunch. One side blame the other, the other side blames their opponents.
Yet, the people are just like mushrooms- kept in the dark and fed nothing but S**t.
And, the fact that many fail to see their own actions are precisely what politicians want from you. Down right pathetically sad.
Nobody is in the dark anymore, it's all out there....at least the threads of the truth.
Yet, each person continues at each other's throat. Good to know LMC, you're a credit to your political view and a disservice to Americans.
And, no better than those who you oppose.
How is speaking out a disservice?
I vote, I recycle, I pay my taxes.
So, I'm supposed to listen to people call me a pig and brush it off?
I highly doubt you would.
The squeaky wheel gets the oil, and these loud-mouths have tricked all of white America.
So what?---let them keep squawking alone, or squawk back!
When you sink to an idiot's level, you show yourself to be an idiot who doesn't know how to deal with idiots. Plus, those who are idiots will always beat you with experience and only make you look like a fool.
I tried to explain this to you before. But, you wouldn't listen.
If people ignore the pathetic posts of those who claim to spouting truth about politics, it would show them that they and their pathetic claims are of no value.
Otherwise, you give them value. You are not stopping them by mouthing off to them, you are only helping them support their claim.
Edit: Politics is about half-truths and misinformation.
Oh so true . . . but wouldn't life become just a little too boring
Boring? No, because more people would be able to constructively discuss and possibly find common ground to work on.
Arguing with idiots is non-productive and only a sadist would bother.
I don't think they're idiots. I think they're dangerous.
I liken it to that poem; "when they came for the __, I did not speak up, so when they came for me, there was no one left".....
Besides, you may think we're all idiots, but who are you to judge?
I happen to think saying guns don't kill people is the sutpidest thing I ever heard, but I didn't call you an idiot for saying so.
Hey LMC, I know the Gun itself doesn't kill people. The person pulling the damn trigger does. You want to split hairs about it, then make sure you understand that alone.
The fact that you cannot see past the issue on Guns and the fact it is a inanimate object(meaning it is NOT a life form}, is beyond all comprehension.
So, let me put it this way for you, as a woman, if you have an abortion- YOU are in fact KILLING a human organism which would turn out a be a child. So, in essence, abortion kills children.
That is a precise example that you rail for the right to do, yet fail to see it with guns.
As for who am I, to judge- I judge actions. Once I see an action, I am able to describe what it looks like. Which is apparently you have trouble doing.
"If people ignore the pathetic posts of those who claim to spouting truth about politics, it would show them that they and their pathetic claims are of no value."
I used to believe this, but after witnessing how easily people are swayed into believing lies that are repeated over and over in the media and elsewhere, I've come to believe that the lies must be challenged each and every time. This was a sad truth learned after the swiftboating of John Kerry and the character assassination of Max Cleland.
Hey Pretty Panther, always a pleasure to see you. I hope you're doing well.
It's fine to dismiss lies, when lies are blatantly told. The only problem is that there are so few sources that are actually creditable anymore, because of the misinformation from politicians on both sides.
Still getting into an argument with idiot still isn't worth the trouble, because it's a complete waste of time, and takes away from good people, going on to do good things.
If a good person is constantly debating specific points or dealing with hatred filled speech, then how do they help others to better their lives?
I understand what you are saying, but the continued berating that goes on in the forums....there has to a be point when you begin to realize the truth of the matter- they are only distracting you.
Hey to you too, Cagsil.
Oh, I completely agree that it is a waste of time to continue prolonged debates with certain people here, and you won't find me doing much of that. But I do have a hard time letting blatant misstatements go unchallenged, and liberal Pollyanna that I am, I'm eternally hopeful that some day, a rational conversation might be had with a conservative here.
