I find it quite ironic what our government want to dictate to Israel about how they should handle their national security. Both Bush and Obama urge peace yet when we are attacked, the first thing they do is declare war (even on people who haven't done anything to us (Iraq or Libya ring a bell). Maybe we should be concerned about our own business and stay out of the affairs of others--especially to tell them to do something we are NOT willing to do ourselves.

That’s just another explain of America being hypocritical in her attempt to police the world.

The US has given Israel over 100 Billion in foreign aid. It's an open secret they have nuclear weapons. Where do you think they got weapons-grade materials? Obama sent them a couple of billion last year and committed the US to 30 billion more over the next decade.

You don't think we have paid for the right to an opinion? Please note - if we were trying to 'dictate' to Israel, foreign aid would be conditional on their listening a bit better. But its not.

Doug, they are not Israel's nukes. They are ours. You dont think they would otherwise brazenly deny they hav them, do you?

Why is my income going to Israeli's?

Still trying to figure that one out.. .if Israel can't be autonomous after 60+ years, they never will be.

Ummm--I think it's Israel telling us who to attack! I think we attack FOR Israel..that way--their people don't fight and die...ours do.

Makes sense, doesn't it?, as you just said we attack people who have done nothing to us!

I wish that Israel would be told exactly how to behave by America, after all the money it pours in to Israel they own it. smile

Yes money talks, and the influence on the American government by Israel is set in concrete.
I am confident that Obama can see what is going on, but any government who opposes Israel's human rights abuse will be sacked in no time flat, and no President who wants to stay in office can oppose the likes of the psychopath that Israel has in office now.

What human rights abuse do you refer to? I admit most of my information comes from news sources, but from what I can tell, Israel is the one being abused with suicide bombers and missile being shot over their borders.

              Check the body count.

Palestinian terrorists have killed maybe a dozen Israeli civilians in the last decade. Israeli soldiers killed over a thousand people in the last police action, 2008.

While the Palestinians on the other hand are free to roam wherever they like and have great access to infrastructure and are as free as birds to move across their country and others. smile

Yes, it must be heavenly having Israel as a neighbour.

I can't understand what those pesky Palestinians have got to complain about can you?

agree Earnest, Obama does know the relationship well, but he has not the backing to break that bond. It is interesting to watch. We have paid a great cost and more to pay is comming I think, and The president sees's this well

We play on both sides off the Borders there, and are very deliberately un-clear about our intentions..

      Ron Paul agrees, sort of.

Israel would be much better off without us giving foreign aid to the countries there. We give more money to countries that hate Israel than we do to Israel -- it's like we're funding both sides of the hatred!

A better question is this. Why are we sending 17 billion dollars to israe?

Here are a couple of reasons:

      1. The US has been giving Israel about $2 billion a year for many years. I believe Israel is the largest beneficiary of US aid.

      2. The Arab world's perception of the US relationship with Israel combined with Israel's mistreatment of Palestinians may be the most significant issue feeding Islamic terrorism against the US and other western countries.

"America needs Israel, but Israel needs America much more. The Palestinian problem will not go away, and the new uncertainty in the Middle East may only make it more severe. The region is bracing for a diplomatic crisis in September, when the Palestinians plan to go to the United Nations to seek recognition of statehood. And if protests in the style of the Arab Spring spread to the West Bank in advance of that diplomatic maneuver, they could turn a contest of words in New York into a third intifada in the Palestinian territories.

"Mr. Netanyahu should have used this spring and summer to reach a new understanding with Mr. Obama based on confidence about the American-Israeli friendship. He should have worked out an agreement on how to reignite the peace process, rather than antagonize the American president. "

In the New Testament they were called 'The Synagogue of Satan': those who hate Jews but parade themselves around as Jews. Much like the 'Christians' who run this country who reject pacifism, tolerance and brotherhood.
Not very pc, I know, but someone had to say it.

This is what they want you to know!
This is what their paid shills....ie,the Media in the USA.... tells you!
It's a BIG LIE. They OWN the media!

And since we're referencing the Bible....."he's a LIAR and the father of it."
    Lie, deceive, kill and destroy.

Mossad Creed: By deception shall you wage war.

I'm SURE WE use deception too....but now is the time for the truth and nothing but the truth to be revealed.

    Please read this.

"We are all occupied by Israel’s army because we are, as Zunes notes, “trapped in an early 20th century colonial mindset”. To be trapped in a colonial mindset is to be linked to a a matrix of mind control that deadens our hearts, our minds, and yes, our souls. Not convinced? You still believe that our political leaders, our church leaders, and our media controllers tell us the truth about Israel?"

An interesting article. I've always known that the media is compromised. When America was invaded, the intruders settled down for a long haul campaign. Over time, they assumed control of the media, the entertainment outlets, and the education system. Slowly, our children and our culture is being brought around to their way of thinking. Do you really think it is any coincidence that our culture has become obsessed with the occult when they are bombarded by Harry Potter, Twilight, True Blood, Charmed, The Walking Dead, etc. Is there any wonder our society of violence-ridden with video games that encourage violence, rape, and theft? Is there any wonder our society is suffering from a lack of talented workers because we have an education system that is pushing out a generation of barely literate graduates? You don't hear about these things in the media do you?

It is called Cultural Marxism, brought to you by the Frankfurt School and Columbia Univ. after being ran out of NAZI Germany by Hitler. He saw them for the dangerous subversive ideology they were, and knew that to allow them to exist in his nation would surely cause problems.

They differ from their Marxist kin in several ways, the most obvious being that they discard the neccesity of a proliteriat and violent revolution, in favor of a long slow march through the Cultural institutions of a nation, (see; Antonio Gramsci), and in so doing control the thoughts through PC, and disassemble the foundations of a country and its peoples. You can thank them for such great things as, "Critical theory"

        http://www.catholicinsight.com/online/f … _882.shtml

"One of the basic tenets of Critical Theory was the necessity to break down the contemporary family.  The Institute scholars preached that [21] "...Even a partial breakdown of parental authority in the family might tend to increase the readiness of a coming generation to accept social change."  The 'generation gap' of the 1960s and the 'gender gap' of the 1990s are two aspects of the attempt by the elite Boomers (taking a page out of 'cultural Marxism') to transform American culture into their 'Marxist' utopia."

        http://frankfurtschool.us/history.htm

It is all about toppling America. The la la liberal land people seem to think exists is an illusion, America has real enemies and they have worked long and hard to destroy us, and being now in a position to finish the job... they are not going to give up easily.

        http://www.schillerinstitute.org/fid_91 … kfurt.html

And America's most dangerous enemies are within this nation, our institutions, and our Govt, and that fact will be all too clear very soon. America is even now staggering under the pressure of thier workings.

Then you throw in all the "useful idiots"... and we are finished. Stalin, Mao, Polt Pot, Che, and all the rest of those great Leftists icons, must be laughing at us in their graves.

"Stupid Americans!"... as my good friend from Arabia likes to say.
