Let's Put People's Lives At Risk!

Could the reason people have to keep getting flu shot is because people can not stop tampering with it?

It seems Washington has to ask so-call intelligent scientist not to publish how to make a deadly bird flu virus.  Maybe it's me but how can you call yourself intelligent when you've just put countries and maybe even the planet at risk by giving any crackpot all the information they need to cause death on a mass scale?

I am confused?  Do you really believe that releasing a deadly virus would be an intelligent solution to population control?  I must be missing something?

The research was done to try and discover whether/how/why the bird flu might become transmissible between people--and thus who to predict/prevent that.
