The internet is indeed the most common way of communticating these days. Good communications is all about the words and their structures. Without eye contact, body language and the pitches of the voice, these words alone have to carry the burden of conveying. Do you find that in the Forums and Q&A, often people are misunderstood, because they fail to express themselves well? Do we really recognize sarcasm vs serious tones? Do people tend to rely on assumptions and implications when repling to the topic?
Some people communicate very well--articulate and well thought-out.
Some people say "The sky is blue.", and are met with "You idiot---how can you say the sky is blue? Why do you hate magenta?? What's wrong with magenta? Why do you hate hate hate?"....
Then the armor comes on, and it's no longer a conversation, but a joust.
Ah, but a rousing joust it be....
For the record, I don't hate magenta... I think the mixing of pink and red is immoral, but magenta can't help if magenta-ism is a sin against Color, as the Wheel says in Palettes 12:45 "And it was put forth that any union of a color close in shade is a union of the AntiColor"
Spoken like a true Blueist, eternals3ptember.
You don't hate the color, but decry the very act of creating the color.
So many people here misquote the Wheel on this issue.
Good for you for citing (correctly) chapter and verse.
I may be pro-Magenta, but I have to give you props here.
So take the armor off and quit hating. Simple enough.
No way. The hate has to go first.
Fool me once...you know the rest.

Someone should say a few words before the grave is covered For more than a decade the jousts were lively and the points were sharp. The roster of champions was a steady core of 'regulars' that constantly pulsed with new entrants and spasms of 'one-nighters' taking their turn at the rail.Idiots were...

I don't appreciated them...Is there any way this can be avoided? I really think it's a way to get attention to the hubs. Most of the threads are so that people go click to find the hubs that have pictures related to that thread.

As a tangent to a tangent on another topic about British and American cultural differences, this issue looks like a good barometer. From a Baby-Boomers' perspective, it's so obviously the wrong direction that it denies human reality and makes Orwell's 1984 look like non-fiction, and Hollywood's...
