Looks like obama is using executive privilege to hide the truth about "Fast and Furious"!  Looks like the truth is that the knowledge goes all the way to the top.  He wouldn't do it just to protect Holder.  Where is all the transparency he promised when he took office?

Yeah, I know other presidents invoked presidential privilege, but to me that made them guilty of hiding the truth as well.

Personally who cares. Doesnt our Congress have more important things to worrry about? Like jobs and the economy? Oh, that's right, they want Obama to be a one term President at all costs. Even if it means people losing everything!

Who Cares? Loosing everything? Would you be referring to Brian Terry?

Why would Congress care about government illegally selling guns to individuals that would be used against government agents?

Are you saying that Brian Terry's family does not have a right to see Justice?

No, the family deserves answers. But does it take all of congress to figure it out? Why not a special group and the rest do their job! Instead the Republican Congress is "Using" Brian Terry's name as a political ploy! They need to get back to the real issues at hand! Employment and the economy. But why should they? God forbid they help the President and the American People!

Would 40 members of Congress making up the House Oversight Committee satisfy your desire?

            Done!

House Oversight Committee Votes 23-17 to Hold Attorney General Holder in Contempt of Congress

I am with you. Presidential privilege makes the president look guilty as sin.  Especially since in order to invoke that privilege he admits he or someone on his staff had knowledge of Fast and Furious. Come on, nobody got killed because of Watergate and at least one federal agent was in F&F.

    Hiding?

You do realize you're talking about politicians, right? They all hide stuff. They all lie to suit their position.

President and all other government officials on a Federal level should be in prison for not doing what is in the best interest of this Nation.

They are hiding the fact that 'fast and furious' was a program to give guns to their favorite drug gang.

Actually, they didn't have to do that at all. The CIA does it. lol

Bush set up the "Fast and Furious" program and Holder shut it down. More right wing lies are not going to make that go away. Also, this makes the tea party look as stupid as they have always looked.

They should have let this one go a year ago.

And, Obama has a problem blaming Bush?  Would it not be a simple action to provide the evidence?  Wouldn't a constitutional scholar know this?

Come on, Xenonlit. Perhaps you didn't know AG Eric Holder has retracted his previous remarks stating Fast & Furious was Bush's fault.

"Our son lost his life protecting this nation, and it is very disappointing that we are now faced with an administration that seems more concerned with protecting themselves rather than revealing the truth behind Operation Fast and Furious," they said.
