Be honest with yourself that is the key, don't go after some pre existing believe of what true love is suppose be like and what true happiness is suppose to be like, just because society or some people believe for that to be the case do not remotly even make it true and just because something is qualify as true love and/or true happiness for somebody else, do not remotly make it the case for you.
Ultimately, there is no way of knowing what is true love for you, because for everybody it is different. There is no definite way to find your 100% perfect true love, some people might find many in their life others might find 0. But ultimately, if you be honest with yourself, you will know how close you are to it.
Good luck in your search
You don't 'get' true love it just happens. Sometimes sooner rather than later and some times vice-versa. Just let love takes it's course and it will find you don't worry. Life's too short to worry about anything just be yourself and do what you do and it will happen for you.
True love is not forced. You can go out looking for love and sometimes you will find it. In some cases that is how people find it. My opinion is that when it is true and right it will find itself when it is least expected. It's more romantic that way and lasts longer too.
"Do not arouse or awaken love until it so desires"... meaning it'll come along anyway there's no use recklessly chasing it..you get hurt that way! =p
It's a long way down, and the higher you go the harder you will hit the ground.YOU NEED TO TAKE A LOOK IN THE POT BEFORE YOU EAT ANYTHING FROM IT.What looks good on the out side might not be so inviting on the inside..
There is nothing called true love, love is just love. Sometimes it works ,sometimes it doesn't .
If you are behind true love, then you will end up finding none.
