   It's just age.  Whatever the situation maybe, once people are invested in a relationship, they should do everything to make things work for the better.  Otherwise, the relationship is headed for disaster - regardless of the age issue.

   Yes it can work, if he is is legal.
   
   Younger men are turned on by the confidence and the lady like nature of an older woman. She must be careful not coddle him like a child.  He won't like being reminded of how young he is every time she opens her mouth.  No matter how young he is he will want to be treated like a man in the relationship. 
   
   And older woman loves the adventure of a younger man.  He must realize that in most cases she has "been there, done that".  She is looking for something fresh and new.  If she is much older, her independence goes beyond sexy, it is her life style.  Getting to the place where she trust you enough to let you take care of her will not come easy.
   
   If the two can understand each other, just like any other relationship, it will work.  Age is just a number, but time and patients is any relationships friend.

   Yeah age does not matter that much because it´s the person that you love and not the age. My girlfriend is older than me and it works perfectly

   I thank it is a miss-match.Money ,lust,glory,or some other reason normally turns out to be the cause.I thank they just use the word love in order to try and make it look OK.
   
   I say......to each their own.Life is what one chooses it to be.

   If the age is within legal range, between a man and woman, then there is no question that the relationship can be as strong as any other. It's all about the evidence-based relationship-maintenance skills I always write about.
   
   If you can effectively and reciprocally identify, express and meet each others core relationship needs, then in most cases you can both enjoy and benefit from a long lasting, spiritually, emotionally and physically healthy relationship.
   
   There are exceptions in every situation but these apply equally to all relationships independent of age differences

    Yes, it has been working since time memorial. No-one used to reveal their age at one time but times have changed, so we are now more aware and can compare. Love knows no bounds and once there is a good understanding between the two parties, of course it will work.

    No, I don't think it can work because the 'older' woman in the relationship will always feel like she has to dominate in almost every aspect since she knows she is the eldest and the man on the other hand(as we know men with their egos, whether young or old) will feel like he has to dominate since he is the man of the house. I have a feeling it won't last that long.
