   One thing that I don't like and I have come across a lot in life and that's a colleague electing themselves boss and not being part of the team.

   Gossip.  I abhor gossip.  I have been in staff meetings and whenever a name of a person comes up--someone goes off on that person.  I finally looked at my two bosses and said, "You two don't like anyone, do you?"  That stopped it for a while but it is an uphill battle.

   one thing that annoys me that they talk on the phone at the top of their voice. i really don't want to hear about their gf/bf or wife/husband problem or fights!

   There are so many annoying things but the one that stands out is the self-importance. Some of them fee that they are so important and above other employees.  That is disgusting as we are supposed to work as a team. False pride takes you nowhere.

    Glad I dont have to go through that shizzle anymore...... but used to loathe the small talk...... the 'I've been working here for 50 zillion years so Im better than you bs'...... the analingus aka butt licking...... falseties..... niceties...... fakeness.... the workplace air........... EVERYTHING. Boy am I glad I am OUTTA there!!! )))))
