Would you tell your friend that you dated a person they are about to go out on a date with?
Yes you would. Why not? You can tell a few good and bad things. It would be a great help to the friend..nothing wrong. It depends on how the friend takes it.

If it was a casual date then u can let u r friend know....of course u r friend will feel bit funny about this or may be uncomfortable...
Absolutely! We have a rule between our friends that we don't date someone one of us has already dated. Because we don't want to cause any complications or uneasiness in our group.
