Either or all of the following:

    1.  She is indecisive
    2.  She doesnt want to go out with you but dont want to hurt your feelings.
    3.  She cannot go out with you - she might be committed to someone else but doesnt want to close the door on you.
    4.  She is playing a game - treat em mean, keep em keen.
    3.  She wants some time to think about it - it depends on where she is at in her emotional state.

Be bold and communicate.  Ask her again.  If there is no response, move on.

Usually it means she is not confident enough to say no.  She'd say yes if she wanted to go out with you, even if she was very shy.

I agree with the previous poster who said she's either shy or doesn't want to go out with you.  I know you don't want to hear that, as it hurts our feelings--even if we are guys.  But, nebsmudge, believe me--there is some wonderful woman out there worthy of your attention.

Inspiring story: Back in my college days, I had a buddy who wanted a date with "a woman" who attracted him.  He asked five ladies out, and they turned him down cold.  Well, on the sixth "invite", an attractive brunette accepted.  Two years later, she became his wife!

You never know what's around the corner for you! Never, ever give up!

PS: My friend and his bride are still married today!

It means that she did, in fact, see that cold sore on your lip.

Try to ask her again, may be she is not confident & try to pull out the reason of no reply, maybe she wants you to beg her & in that way she might feel like a princess smile

Well probably means a NO.. but that is being a b*tch and just rude.. screw that kind of shyness who needs it?( Just my opinion ) Unless she has a hidden handicap that makes her fear going out that bad.
