This could be anyone, living or dead (They would of course not be dead during your meal. That would be boring). Please tell me why you picked that person, as well.

I would want to have dinner with The Beatles before John and George were taken away from this world. This is not only my favorite band but they each had the capacity to change the world, and in their own ways each one of them. I would love to sit down and pick their brains about what their books dont tell you about the lives the lived..

Anyone?   Past or present?   Bring them back from the dead, for a single meal?

I would choose my hubby..........no news cast, no TV, No computer work, No cell phones ringing.........

Just me and my hubby.............what we talk about, or the silence, will tell the tale.

this is a very famous yet interesting question.  each time i see or hear this question i think of different people each time!  today it would have to be Miles Davis.  I've always loved his music read his biography and heard many stories from my mother. just would love to hear, in his raspy voice some of the antics and capers he pulled during the hay-day of jazz!

It wouldn't just be boring it the person was dead, it would be creepy!  A private, romantic dinner with my wife is what I want.

Wow, some  great answers, thanks! I agree with thesoulsremedy's reply in that every time I hear this question, I have a different response, yet when it comes right down, I'd pick my mom, who died too young, and who is missed every day and always alive in my heart.

If it is someone that is alive- my husband because we never get enough time together.  If it is someone that I wish I could see from my past, it is my grandpa.  He was so amazing and even though it has been 10 years, I still miss him dearly!

Joel Osteen.     Religion aside, everything this guy says makes you feel like you have a chance.

Michael Jordan, he was my biggest influence when I was a kid. I watched him when I was real young and wanted to be just like him. So as you could guess sports became a big part of my life. Who knows I may have never liked sports, especially basketball, if I hadn't watched him when I was young.
