Love... Any form of true, warm and inviting love will always and forever heal the soul.
An Outing or a Long Drive on a Chilly night blended with Soft Music.... That's what soothes me the most...
what soothes my soul...
my sweet grandboys
my daughter's voice
the lapping of waves against the shore line at the beach
the song of the birds in my yard
the calm as evening settles in
petting my kitty
reading passages from a loved novel
hugs from my family and friends
the dawn of a new day offering the promise of new beginnings.
Love. Whenever i talk to my lover, he brings out the best in me..He once told me that when we're together is like basking on the beach under the sun without a care in the world. That's a relaxing thought.
My partner, music and uninterrupted silence are most effective things that soothes me a lot.
The cry of a newborn.....
See any lifeform being born
A hug from my husband
Knowing that I cause a smile on the face of anyone
The sound of rainfall
The winter blanket of snow, that makes every yard attractive
The blooms of spring
Birds eating the food that I toss them
Deer eating from the salt block
I , am , so very simple.
My husband, my puppies, and my car. In fact, driving my car might be #1... just don't tell my hubby or my dogs...
For me when I need soul soothing I do a bible study or simply say the serinity prayer
Spending time with my guy, watching a beautiful sunset, hiking, floating in a pool on a summer day. It's the simple things that bring me serenity and joy.
swimming naked in water...
the freedom that brings is un-discribe-able...) Hugs G-Ma
