How can I forget my ex ??
i am 22 years old and I have just broke up with my girlfriend and I want to forget her I knew many things horrible about her and it's enough to make me hate anyone but the problem is that I can't let go and I want to forget her please tell me how
It takes time. But here are some thoughts.
1. You need to get busy doing other things so that you can distract your mind. Right now, your thoughts are creating your emotions, and if you can't stop thinking about her intensively, then you will have a harder time letting go.
2. You may want to forgive her for anything she did to you, so you don't hold onto any resentment.
3. Realize that the relationship taught you something to make you stronger in life - figure out what that is and move forward with that information
4. Remember, she is not good for you. You broke up for a reason, and most likely the girl you are longing for is the girl you first met, not the one that you now know she is.
Hope it helps a little.
Time my friend. It takes Time. Believe me I've been through it and to be Love sick is horrible. Just like R said. Try and keep yourself busy and lean on your friends to help. Family and friends are a great outlet if you are close. Whatever you do, Don't ask about what they are doing and "NO CONTACT" AT ALL. Not even a phone call. The worse thing to know is what they are or are not doing. Believe me, Don't even try to find out.
