What Is Your Breaking Point ?

    When is it too much?
Are there triggers that will indicate that it is over ?

I believe "breaking points" are NOT determined by an indvidual act as much as what has happened prior to that last act .
If you are having a wonderful day and suddenly you get a flat tire it's an inconvenience. If on the other had your signifincant other broke up with you the night before and your company fired you today. Afterwards you are driving home in a thunderstorm and your tire blows out....etc Then a flat tire may be your "breaking point" (that day).
My point is in order for there to be a "breaking point" some other disappointments or hurtful things must proceed that event. The so called "breaking point" is actually an (accumulation) of all things and not just one point
