What is the best way to be in a relationship with someone?

I don't know what to do with that extremely single state of mine.
I always try to flirt but there is no girl made for me in this world!!

"....there is no girl made for me in this world!!"
There are over (7 Billion) people on this planet and at least half of them are female. Men of all shapes and sizes have a mate.
Mathematically it would nearly be impossible for there not to be at least ONE woman who would find you attractive enough to date. Lack of confidence is unattractive!
Know yourself, Love yourself, Trust yourself!
When someone is happy with who they are they're able to relax around others.
Some other things you might try are:
Ask your female platonic friends their opinion on why (they) think you're having a hard time.
Associate with guys who are successful meeting and dating women. (Learn)
Focus on developing a skill/talent or success which causes people to take notice.
Consider dating women who are older, younger, or from a different race/culture.
Be open to dating women who are attracted to YOU! (Sounds silly but...)
Oftentimes (nice people) who freely come our way are put into our "friend zone".
At the very least you can gain some dating experience.
Lots of people want to face a "challenge" or have a need to (earn) someone's affection and this causes them to devalue those who happily offer themselves to spend time with them.
Truthfully some folks invest too much time aiming for someone (out of their league). Generally like attracts like.
We spend the majority of our time making a list about the traits (we want) in a mate.
Sometimes you have to {imagine being that person} and ask yourself the following:
"If I were her/him, Would I want me?"  Be honest with yourself!
If the answer is "no" then you need to cultivate the traits you believe this type would be attractive to. Ideally however you want someone who desires you as you are but:
"If you want something different you have to do something different!"
