How do you know when you’re getting played?

“The game” is updating each and every day it’s becoming impossible to tell when somebody’s words and actions are genuine. People put in time and effort to hide their true intentions and the scariest part is that the one and only person who knows this information is themself. It’s so easy to lie about these intentions and trick others. There has to be someway to pick up on the signs, what do you think?

Know yourself, Love yourself, Trust yourself.
Let go of the notion of needing to (prove) you're right. Trust yourself!
If something doesn't {feel right to you} it's probably not right for you.

The exception is if you have a history of being paranoid and insecure.
If that's the case you need to take a break from relationships and get some help with eliminating any "emotional baggage" you're carrying.

The mistake a lot of people make is they (choose) to ignore red flags when they're "infatuated" with someone. They avoid asking questions for clarification, or sometimes they do not have a "mate selection process".

Truth be told lots of folks believe it's "unromantic"  to THINK when dating. They want to go on autopilot or "follow their heart" to see where things take them. They refuse to take responsibility for (their) choices!

Each of us chooses our own friends, lovers, and spouse.
Each of us has our own mate selection process/must haves list.
Each of us has our own boundaries and "deal breakers".

If someone is having one bad dating/relationship experience after another it's probably time for them to reexamine their mate selection process. The only thing all of your failed relationships have in common is (you).

Nothing happens until YOU say "yes" to someone. Choose wisely.

When we change our circumstances change.

    What men want: sex.
    What women want: money.

    What both want: trust.
