how does a man get a date with a woman?  if he asks her out and she feels uncomfortable then its harassment.  why even talk to women.

That wouldn't be considered harrassment. If you ask respectfully, it should be ok.

If you get called for harassment when you ask women out on a date, you are doing it wrong.

Women and men alike will always be subject to sexual harassment because some people simply aren't brought up to respect the other gender properly. Past relationships with family or exs could have also caused the issues.
