      Since you have not reproduced, your life is without meaning?
      So all of the humans on earth who do not reproduce have nothing to offer and nothing to live for?

         Pretty much, yeah. But since the species is currently in no danger of going extinct, our only purpose in life is already meaningless, as it will be carried out with or without the remainder that don't execute it.

            Oh my word. My heart goes out to you... there is no meaning to your life? I fully disagree... that would mean your life had no value or worth and you have quite a lot of value. I have investigated you in the past and found you to be quite interesting. I'm sure you have a lot to offer the world, you simply need to discover your purpose.

               So, is your question directed to each individual or humans as a whole?  Individual purposes are individual,  determined by each person by virtue of their life experiences.  As a whole there is no purpose for human life.
