   John 10:10 (KJV) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
   
   Having an abundant life (not necessarily vast wealth) is the best way of living our lives on earth.
   
   As someone once said to me: "The best thing you can do for the poor is not join them and/or add to their number!"

   Avoid religions and  people who claim they know the only way to find God and always treat others as you would like others to treat you.  Teach your children that the person with all of the toys at the end DOES NOT win the game. Live everyday of your life like it was your last because one of them will be.

   There is nothing like " the best " or " the worst ". It all depends on your mind what you perceive it. Killing is the worst but you see how we make martyrs out of killing. All words are deception, real understanding is already with you and the instrument ( mind ) is with you. Instead of using that precious thing, wandering in the directions  all around is vain. I tell you one thing- use it, use it and use it and you will find. One other thing,  you seek religions or not, it does not matter, you go to temple, synagogue or mosque, it does not matter, you are religious or atheist , it does not matter. Until real awakening does not arise, even reading of the most sacred scripture is vain. The real thing is right knowledge that dispels ignorance in your mind. Ignorance is the result of our misconceptions, wrong assumptions and dependence on others. Living the life of understanding is the only way, you name it or not , it does not matter. Mind is the creator of ignorance and it is also the creator of knowledge. If you are able to discriminate what is good or bad, what is sane or insane, what is pride or humility and so on in all clarity, then the real wisdom resides in your mind. Believe me, if you acquire a real wisdom, you can understand everything in this universe without the worldly crutches like language, speech and sight. You will then have no need of religion or atheism, temple or mosque or any kind of outer paraphernalia. Then you will act singlehandedly with your wisdom alone. Our mind provides us with a finer system that is called intellect and if we use it to the maximum very skillfully with entire freedom, it opens doors of wisdom for  us and then there is no looking back and forth. Our journey is complete, we reach the climax and the overall view is crystal clear. My dear, don't hate anybody or anything, don't discard anybody or anything, don't attach yourself to anybody or anything blindly. Revel in complete freedom and enjoy every moment with or without wealth, with or without comfort, with or without pain, with or without dwelling. All this is not new, it has been already discovered many centuries before by the enlightened beings spread all over the earth and the modern teachers are spreading it in all directions. Also, this knowledge is not restricted to any particular race, community, religion or geographic area. This Knowledge is free, you don't have to spend a penny for it. Just open the eyes of your mind, it is waiting for you to pick it up.
