   Psalms:118:9: It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

   In God we trust. Everybody else "pays cash"!
   IE, man can be trusted only so far, and then he will most likely let you down. God never does,even if it LOOKS like He might have. He always has a plan.

   It is better to trust in man than to put your entire life in jeopardy of worship to a non-substance beings.
   
   If humankind accepted their true position, life would have more meaning than what any form of religion offers.

   The more one becomes theistic, the more one gets convinced of the existence of God, the more one gets battered and bruised in life, the more one is watchful to observe that all done through self will is not working out to satiate selfish motives, the more one starts to put confidence in the Lord than in man.

   it is so much better and wiser to put all your trust in god and never man..How many times has a man, friends or family let you down or hurt you?  Don't listen to people who are atheists and don't believe.  They are ignorant of the existence of God because their hearts are closed and they have never felt his power.  Once you feel his power, you will never doubt his existence...
