Is Facebook's censorship on "Draw Muhammad Day" is good?
That day was 5.20 and it's still blocked on Facebook. Now a new Facebook page is up in the last 24 hours called, "Every Day is Draw Muhammad Day".
Do you think that site should be taken down and why?
No. Every day is a good day. Every day should be a jihad day on the jihad-ii that call for jihad on people "drawing Muhammad".
Have you ever noticed that while religion is stupid, and people believing in them are stupid, that there is a spectrum from somewhat stupid to really stupid? Islam is in the really stupid category for really stupid people.
But, a question could be, which came first -- the stupid religion or the stupid people? Or is it a vicious circle? Literally.
Yeh it's self perpetuating. That's why they need us, .
The EDMD page was only down late on the 20th thru the wee hours of the 21st, and that was because it was hacked. Facebook helped them restore it. It was up again all through the weekend, then disappeared today. I don't know why.
I did notice the 'Backup' page was still there. I don't think facebook would have banned them at this point. It's kinda early for it yet, but maybe they just decided to shut it down till next year. All those constant death threats must be alot to deal with.
Personally I hope they come up with something else next year. I'm an equal opportunity religious offender myself.
Mah poor widdle feelings are HURT? That your friggin reason?!@?!?!?!??!? JFC! That was a dumbest answer I have ever heard.

What do you think about Facebook's freedom to change your email/privacy settings without consent?I am beginning to HATE Facebook, due to their lack of respect for users. We are just pawns for advertising. We have no control over our own information. I hardly post anything personal, yet people post...

I recently posted a poem in a Facebook poetry group. The poem is a mixture of serious sentiment and humor. And you must keep in mind that in this particular group people have often posted poems glorifying dangerous and deviant sex acts. My poem is tame in comparison. There is no gratuitous...

I haven't done that with any other site, but on Facebook recently I did click the box that says 'Stay Logged In' or something like that. I don't want it anymore, but I can't figure out how to get it back to normal. Anybody know how? Thanks.

In light of the recent Twitter/facebook NY Post censorship controversy, and as a nod to Savvydating's thought about the current power of Social Media, (read; facebook, Twitter, Google), I have some thoughts about the power of our predominate social media networks..But first, these thoughts aren't...
