   Back to the subject of the thread...to recap...God is IN women, just as God is IN men, God is IN children, God is IN all that is, because God is Energy that IS mater (matter, the scientific term, you know, atoms, molecules and such...)and Spirit(that is conscience and/or conscious)

      Since you are speaking of science, I will debate you with science and shut you up once and for all.
      
      You say God is energy. According to the conservation of energy, energy cannot be created or destroyed. So, where did God come from? And according to Einstein's equation, E=mcc, if he is all so powerful, isn't it very easy for him to convert to matter any moment? But as far as I've seen, I haven't seen God exist.
      
      Pandas live a long time. None of you has ever seen a dead panda.

         Dear Panda, everyday when you look in the mirror, you see God! God did not come from anywhere...just always has been. And God is not He or She, but the Energy that makes up those two attributes (among many other attributes) in all people and things.
         
         People just need to call God something, a He or a She so that they feel they can relate, becuase they are human  and only understand human-ness.
         
         If people truly understood that they are not separate from God, there would be no need for them to make labels for God, or define God. It is a feeling in ones heart and in every fiber of your being and consciousness. That's Love

   I do not see any reason why god could not be a female? Is there a sexual discrimination here too? These types of gender specification about God itself proves that there is nothing of that sort and it is just a manifestation of human mind and the one who thought about it first was a man.
   
   However so far this discussion is concerned I would say, yes God can definitely be a female. Hinduism talks about so many female Gods infact I think they maybe more then the male counterparts.

    God must be a woman.  God is constantly changing her mind.  She created Man, then said, "Naaa...I think I'll kill 'em all...well except this guy".  Come on God...this is humanity we're talking about...not some purse you can take back to the store when you decide you don't like it after all. 
    
    God is always bitching to Man that he shouldn't do this or that, then she turns around and does the exact same things she was bitching about.  (See the 7 deadly sins and how many of them God is guilty of for more on this).
    
    God is most certainly an irritable entity.  She gets pissed off if you aren't on your needs worshiping her every free moment you have.  Even though she may be beautiful, she's really just a cranky old biotch...a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live with her...

       I dont think God is man or woman. if its real, its not a human at all.
       seriouslly. If it was a woman, no way would God have cursed woman  with ...ya know..curses. labor, childbirth...say what you want..that s**T hurts...no chance to pee outside standing up..one thing in particular.."your happiness will be DEPENDANT upon your husband.."
       he/she/it cursed man too. My guess is...not a human!!

    I think Gods Unisex!! I think he is both male and Female!  When God speaks to Isaiah he talks about him comforting his people as a mother does to her child!!  And Yet he is a Male God to - Majestic, Regal and holds authority, respect and judgement in his hand so he has to be male too!

    I donot think woman is god but i can say god has mother and they respect mother. In India we know god Shiva as a Ardhnarishwar also (half male and half female). Thus I can say god is unisex and he take care of us  as a mother and protect us from aal trouble as super power.
