I would go for... nothing happens after death. Solomon says when (maybe it was David) when you die, you die. Nothing happens, your conscious of nothing, you feel nothing want nothing wish for nothing have not thoughts etc...
Reincarnation I think is logical but I am not so sure that your "memory" of self awareness is attached to it. Could come back as a rock or a shroud of dust. Who knows, but ultimately it seems that death is just another step in the great make up of the Universe in which case, I would think that the only thing humans are really concerned with is "self awareness"
On the third option. I wouldn't say that atheist don't have a soul or believe in their soul or what have you, but yes, the body dies and decomposes.
More or less, the one thing that you can expect is that you will eventually die. And while I know my theory is not very compatible with atheist or theist alike;
I believe that life will ultimately come back again. Don't know if it will be the same but when I think about the Universe and how all the properties for life were formed and since what is in the universe will always exist in the Universe, then it is likely that humanity will have it's place again.
Will I remember me, probably not but who knows.
