What will happen to the people who don't believe in God but doing good things to others?
i believe that a good did we do to other will return back to us.
All I can answer is what I know from the writings of those who do believe in God - YHWH. If you don't believe in God -YHWH- but are doing the works that God wants you to do to others then you will be judged according to the Noachide Law. What God decides to do with you when you die is up to him to determine, not any of us who are living. The real question is what is it you really want to know?
I hope I know the answer to this question. I'd like to think that God will still grant grace upon them. A good heart certainly won't exist if not for God. God is good. He lives in our hearts. And wherever He lives, there is goodness.
There is nothing wrong with doing good deeds even if you don't believe and who know how God will treat those people who do good deeds without belief. But there this question which any deep thinking person needs to answer - if I was collecting money in the name of charity but was not charity registered - how would the tax man view my position with all that charity money.
Tax man would most likely view your case as - your not charity registered therefore any money you have is subject to tax. If you were charity registered then you would not be liable for tax. In a similar manner if you do good deeds and have belief in God then you get the correct recognition for your good actions otherwise you may not get what you deserve.
As a believer, I have no option except to share with you what God thinks of the "good things" that we do. In His Word, the Bible, the prophet Isaiah 64:6 says this, "But we are all like an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags." To a Holy God, our good works are repulsive. Once a person has repented of their sin, asked for forgiveness, trusted in Christ for their salvation THEN good works are what we do with a joyful heart because we desire to glorify Him. Those of us who do not come to know the Lord and accept what He did on Calvary will perish.
Prepare yourself to meet GOD also known as I am Alpha and Omega. You will either go to heaven or hell which is real as the words that you are now reading. GOD have shown me in a vision the other side of death on August 1, 1982 A.D. a Sunday morning. So I know personally what is waiting for me on the other side of death in a sneak preview that GOD shown me. I leave this in GOD'S hands where the people will go to on the other side of death through Jesus Christ my lord and Savior. Remember this 1 thing that your arms are too short to box with GOD and every single human being will be alive and aware of their surroundings on the other side of death before GOD and will go to heaven to be in GOD'S Presence forever or go to hell where the presence of GOD is not there and you will be forever separated from GOD.
It depends on how they do good things. If they do good things publicly so that everyone knows they're being "good," they don't even get a spiritual pat on the back. Why? Ego! Selfishness!
Believing in God doesn't cut it either. You've got to do anonymous, selfless acts of kindness and achieve perfect humility, but with perfect faith (confidence in a higher power). You may not even need to understand what that higher power is. Just open the door to it with love and gratitude. This destroys ego, and awakens the true, immortal self within.
The kingdom of heaven is within you already. Ignoring it is too well practiced. So, the real question might be: how do I kick ego's butt and open my heart to infinite love? How's that sound?
Every religion says good people will go to heaven (except Islam-because in this religion unbelievers but good man cannot go to heaven), though they don't believe in God.
Good people are good people, and I think the gods take this into consideration whether the person believes in a god or not. And personally I have faith that all good people will either enjoy an honored seat at Odin's banquet table in Valhalla or really great poolside room at Vanaheim.

Have You Ever Wondered This About Christianity? So in one of our weekly religious debates one of my friends brought up the idea that Satan may actually be the good guy. His logic is that Satan punishes sinners and therefore creates a situation where doing bad things is discouraged and doing good...

This question is for whoever wants to answer. Why does one feel it's good to be good for God's sake, can he/she not do good on their own, no reason necessary? Does it have to do with God and not just because one is a good person, perhapse a gentleperson? The motivations of people confuse me, even...

Can only Christians and those who accept Jesus Christ go to heaven?According to Christianity, only those who have openly accepted Jesus Christ and the Christian faith may go to heaven. If that is the case, what about the African tribe who has never heard of of Jesus? Even if they are good people,...
