Have you ever complained to a christian church and pastor about their behavior?
I complained to a church and pastor who taught my mother that true faith would heal her of cancer. My mother got worse and died and those church people were too scared to be her friend during the lonely suffering on her death bed because it was inconveniencing their worship services and they believed that "good works" (visiting the sick) was not part of God's plan i.e. you simply need to have faith, keep visiting the auditorium every Sunday and pay tithes. I was disgusted by them and complained. Have you ever made such complaints to christian communities?
Yes! I have so much to say about your situation...but for now I will say only these things:
1. I am so very sorry that in the greatest hour of need your mother's friends failed her. Jesus' friends did the same when he was arrested and killed... so he understands.
2. I wish churches would stop being greedy and stop lying about faith. God is not happy with them.
3. God loved your mom and was there with her until the moment he brought her home. She was never alone...not even for a moment. Even though people failed her, he didn't.
4. If she could reach down to you now, she would tell you that her life is filled with peace and love, that this life on earth was nothing compared to where she is now. She is there waiting for you.
5. I hope that despite the bad treatment of church people, you will find God to be loving and kind and that he can heal this deep wound that others have inflicted on you.
May you find real peace and love in Christ.
That is horrible but Christianity is not what it should be today, it is just a name and yes I complained to several church members of a church about them wanting me to join and their pastor was putting down young kids in the church that he thought should be thankful they were allowed to come there and after finally agreeing to go listen to this man they claimed was so great, this is all I heard come out of his mouth and I had a young person with me that might be in church or living a better life today if he had been a real man of God. He may have to account for many souls. I repeat this story each time one approaches me which has been many times. They keep recruits out and my guess it is for the tithe not concern for souls.
Being a Christian/Catholic yes I have complained especially when I see that scripturally something is drastically wrong and needs correcting.
i have experienced this things and i know it would have strained your relationship with God but i want you to know that the pastors acted alone and God would not approve of such acts.....i'll advise you forget about these churches and serve God.....painful though that men would use God's name for greed....and twist his words to their benefits

Has your pastor ever complained to you about your tithing habits? Is it right for a pastor to keep up with his individual church member's finances so closely that he calls them up chews them out about "not paying enough tithes to his church"?

If I were to accept God and embrace Jesus, which of the many churches on offer should I join? The Roman Catholic Church is the original and longest lasting. It has a clear perspective but it has to be confessed quite a lot of clergy have not lived up to the pedestal they were put on. Frankly, they...
