Any idea why Scorpio guys are control freaks? And what can we do if things don't go our way?
I have always been wondering, why Scorpios like to be in control of everything around them and everything concerning them. And whenever something they doesn't happen their way, they get extremely worried and tensed. What are the best thing to let go of that controlling nature?
I do not reckon that we are control freaks, we simply like things done in a certain way to achieve a required end result. And maybe we occasionally throw our rattle out of the pram, but don't we all ?
Anyway, I have to go and tell the rest of the world what they need to do today and how to do it properly.
Control freaks indeed !!
It is good to learn to accept things as they come. Let go and relax)))
Thanks billericky. Nice to know that I am not alone who likes to be in control of my environment.
avorodisa: rightly said. However, I guess that for most of us Scorpios, it is inborn that we want things to be done in a particular way, and if it doesn't go according to our expectations, we immediately start getting anxious.
I wonder if it's not a matter of how one uses the intense emotional energy with which Pluto infuses those with Scorpio sun signs? If a Scorpio's habitual methods of using energy include destructive patterns of jealousy, vindictiveness, revenge, and rage, then yes, control freak is one of the negative manifestations of lower-level Pluto energy. If, however, a Scorpio sun-sign person has been fortunate enough and dedicated enough to mature his/her spirit during this life, the "higher" qualities of the sign will manifest more often, such as service to others--perhaps instead of being a control freak, the "evolved" Scorpio will be able to practice great self-control when needed.
I think that continuing to uplift one's energy to one's Higher Power, be it God or whatever one respects in that position, will help "let go of that controlling nature" by directing the Scorpio's intense passion towards his/her highest love. Often, that must go hand in hand with self-work, removing ego blockages, negative patterns of thought, et al.
The Scorpio man MUST always be on top of his game.He always wants to call the shots. To him, being on top means being strong and owning his life! It also means NEVER having to show his vulnerability! read more
