What one thing do you think we could all do to "pay it forward" every day?

Be grateful for every breath, be thankful for the breath you have now because tomorrow it might not be there...therefore you give thanks by saying peace on every in breath and love to every outbreath, for today and for tomorrow. The distinction is really arbitrary..time is arbitrary..

I believe we could make a decision to forgive those who have wronged us; and to tell those whom we love how grateful we are for them.

I don't do it every day, but I do believe that if we all did a random act of kindness to a stranger or a friend every day, not only would we be "paying it forward", but it would really make the world a better kinder place for all of us.

I also think that acts of kindness have a domino effect, because that person that you helped will feel like doing something nice for someone else.

when i saw that movie, it made a huge impression on me. i even wrote a review on it. i think many people "pay it forward" than realize it. when ever i help someone out, rather than accept any kind of payment or a promise to pay it back, i simply tell the ones i help to be there for someone else who needs them. i have always done this. that is why the movie resonated so much with me.

Invest in the progress of someone else, by offering some tangible form of assistance or empowering them with sincere appreciation for effort.
