Very good obsevation.thank you for the question.
If God always knows what our conclusion is there is no such thing as free will.
There would be no need for this scriptureChoose Life to Keep Alive’
“I have put life and death before you, the blessing and the malediction; and you must choose life in order that you may keep alive.”—DEUTERONOMY 30:19.
He says you must choose he did not say he will choose for you if so then it would no doubt be predestination.
Also you are saying God is predestining evil things to happen to people.
That is an evil thought.
The Heavenly Father is righteous in all ways. It is humans who have distorted views
'Impose' is a very strong word for a mother or father, yet alone God. If He did, we'll all probably be dead by now, for we have fallen short of the glory of God. Love is the key...only Love. But again, the mother slaps the child to prevent him hurting himself.
So too, suffering and justice are aspects of God's goodness and His mercy. So many of us reject this! At least the Hindus we reject, accepts this as a natural part of the Law.
You will hear a lot about free will, even among really nice people. How can the child have free will when the mother is there? He creeps and crawls and is allowed to do so (free will) but as soon as he gets close to the cooker or stove, the mother pulls him back (limited freedom)
All we ever have is limited freedom. Since we are so free, why rely on a God then, why not do our own thing? In fact we do and we suffer, and then we remember to entreat help? So how can we be free? Once again, much Love, Bro.

How does free will explain or justify the existence of evil? Many Christians have told me that evil is a necessary byproduct of having free will. This doesn't seem to be true to me, given the following thoughts:1. If free will exists in heaven, and evil does not, it is possible to have free...

One of the many stumbling blocks non-believers face in the path of christian doctrine is accepting the notion of a loving God, for how could such a God allow such terrible suffering down here on Earth? This is commonly known as the problem of evil and is usually answered by theologians with the...

How can Christians believe God is good if he creates a world where there is free will and...everyone happens to choose wrongly, causing misery and pain to everyone in the world? I'm not assuming Christians are better or worse than everyone, I'm just trying to understand the basis for the...

How much of life is destiny and how much of it is freewill? The battle between destiny and freewill can go on forever. Can we come to a compromise and see how both affect us?
