Hegel said that every conscious entity has its opposite. Hegel said that opposites get into conflict with each other; later, they fuse into each other, merge, synthesize and equalize their differences — and create a higher platform of life. From this higher platform of life, opposites again arise, and get into conflict again. They fuse again, and again create an even higher platform of life. They again arise from this platform also, and get into conflict again — Hegel says that this process repeats infinitely — until both the parties involved, reach Heaven.
Imagine this scenario: You die; you cross through a tunnel, and reach heaven. But in heaven, you find out that the entire planet — that is heaven — is overpopulated. As a result, you figure out instantaneously that you have to find work in heaven, and earn a living, just like it is in the world.
During your stay, you will gradually find out that the heaven~planet is an exact replica of the planet~earth. You find out that God has deserted heaven~planet, and has created a new planet, has decorated that planet according to his/her/its likings, and is living there.
In this given setting:— would you start doing politics (i.e., democratic solutions) in heaven — or just accept your fate?
It's just a concept. Not reality. And you fail to take into account that the universe is ever expanding. Have you read 'all the rivers run into the sea, yet the sea is not full.'
But due to evaporation, clouds are always emerging from that ocean, and then descending to fill the underground water containers, glaciers, etc. It's a cyclic process. If you close one node of this cycle — then the sea might indeed overflow.

I believe, I would definitely be asking God to send me back to Earth. Lol! I am sure Heaven won't be that way. It would be luxurious.
I like what Hegel said & I think that's true!
I like the picture of the door of "Kaaba Shareef''
I would join Aam Admi Party there. It's the Tehreek-e-Insaf of India.
If it does not exist in heaven, then I will try to create a political party myself, and run in elections for office.
If I see that democracy does not exist in heaven, then I will forge weapons and plot wars!
I like that you used the word 'If'. It proves you are doubtful
Lol!(?) Show some seriousness on your thread. It's sure a vital and sensitive topic.
The Universe is INFINITE. This forum thread is a (healthy) joke!
1. Deep Universe: Hubble's Universe Unfiltered
2. An Epic Journey From Earth to the Edge of the Universe (4K UHD)
And you Riverio, have you been to heaven before? Did it ever occur to you that the planet Mars is much bigger than the earth? Your jokes aside, then how come heaven or a specific corner or planet is over-populated? Certain spots of landmass on earth is yet to be inhabit. Further away from the earth and sister-planets, they're vast empty spaces or bodies out there which are comput in trillion of light years across, a vast space that could engulf the earth!
Rivirio? You know nothing? And you post the thread? I pity you. Otherwise, I would have give you 12 strokes of my cane. Another day, use your brains well.
Then use the tools and tell us how your brain goes. It could open a market or sales?
I think he is a genius. He answered your quite harsh comment in such a beautiful manner. If it would be me I think the situation would have busted.
Well we really had a good mental exercise here, Aiden.
Thank you so much!
Peace!
I couldn't stand extreme happiness for eternity.
Send me back to a funny farm on earth to warm up to it.
By then, I will be reincarnated into an 3000 year old oak tree.
....And then there would be no Covid in Heaven! Lol!
Being an anarchist don't think Satan or God would want me. Our law is no one above me or below me.
No covid, would be really great for a heavens advertising campaign. Lol
Religious beliefs may differ, but who doesn't want to go to heaven? There are numerous benefits, such as already built castles, no Covid, unvaccinated and vaccinated people living together in peace and harmony, no poverty, and so on...
Blessings and Peace!
Mizbah, right? Well, I've got a cane. Sure, you're starting to display a sense of seriousness, instead of a haux when God is involve. Come on Mizbah, I'm the Headmaster here. When was the universe or rather the earth created? Would you agree it was on the 1st day of October, at 00.00 AM 1 BCE? I saw few hands being raise. What! The next guy for questioning will be Riverio. Castlepaloma, would you please put down your hand?
Peace is all we need, Miebakagh!
Blessings to you!!
Put down my hand, like I can't imagine what goes on in heaven and you do.
When someone comes back from heaven of this spiritual world. I'll take notes of their experience, facts and evidence. Meanwail I'm just going to fool around all day, like the rest of us in our fantasies.
Castlepaloma, while you heard me puting a query to Riverio, and you defy my order to remain patient? Now your turn. Were you ever qualify for heaven? I don't think anothers experience can change you. What d'you say.
I'm always open, yet live for the moment and base my life on good sense. Love makes good sense.
I hope your heaven ship comes in. Yet if you pick the wrong God , then your heaven pier may collapse.
The correct answer to Heaven is the Mormons.
Or at least they have the best advertising that says.
A good Mormons get to own his own planet with 33 babes. Much better than 72 virgins of the Muslim God.
Castlepaloma, I think it is better not to attack any specific religion. It can be your opinion but you should be careful with your words when you are speaking about such things in public.
Peace!
I sense you are spiritual sided and harmless. I just stated what happens in their religion. I didn't judge or state if they were right or wrong, I wouldn't know, by evidence it's highly unlikely.
Although when it comes to human history. It's
about 90% of the world wars are religious related and the world worst criminals rap sheet are religious in prisons.
Get through all that first, then let the religious talk to me about peace. I know I've harm noone and live and let live.
My daughter is named Paloma, meaning white dove of peace. I respect, accept and even support religious rights.
Don't ask me to understand religion.
Castlepaloma, I am a practicing spiritual Muslim. People, I believe, do not fight for religion or in the name of God or religion. They fight for the sake of earthly desires and use God's name for their own benefit.
I'm not going to claim that my religion is the only one that preaches peace. However, I believe that all religions promote peace. Islam means/translates as "Peace." As I stated earlier in this forum, I despise violence. I am kind to those who are kind towards me. I let go of the rest.
My name is Misbah. It is an Arabic name that derives from the names of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and means "Lamp." The lamp only provides light. I, too, try to provide light.
There are many Muslims living in Canada. And I truly love Canada.
I love Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. My only slogan is "Love for all and Hatred for none." But I do cut off my links with people who don't respect back.
I am harmless as you detected. But please be careful with your words next time.
I think you need to read this: https://discover.hubpages.com/literatur … d-for-none
I am glad you have responded back in a nice manner. I do appreciate that.
By the way your daughter's name is beautiful and the meaning is also very beautiful.
Blessings and Peace!!
Okay. Now would you please go out to a nearby mosque and say your say so to the Iman and his fellow worshipers? Good luck! But don't throw another hammer into this forum again. Mizbah, has detect it!
I've talked to plenty of Muslims in Canada and been to most of their Muslim countries. Even talk to them about 72 virgins.
Don't we live in a free world?
We live in a free world, but we must respect each other's beliefs. As much as I respect yours.
Peace!
Just universal child and the world is my family. Where atheist and religion do find often enough disrespectful towards each other.
When something is written in their religion and I repeat it back to them, it's not disrespectful.
To me it's often a wrong translation or something that doesn't make sense to my understanding. When many answers to hard
Questions, is you have to have faith. It's often not a good enough answer.
I can agree on 95% of other things in life, and that's good enough.
I believe, you were doing comparisons
This is what you wrote:
" The correct answer to Heaven is the Mormons.
Or at least they have the best advertising that says.
A good Mormons get to own his own planet with 33 babes. Much better than 72 virgins of the Muslim God."
Read the last line again. You would be able to notice what I am pointing out. It was your judgement and statements. This statement was not even required in this thread, I believe. It was disrespectful!
I believe, I would definitely be asking God to send me back to Earth.
What if you uncover the truth that God has mental issues, and wants to keep you in heaven?
Let's just see God as we know Him. The most merciful and the most gracious.
It's all in the eye of the beholder. May God have mercy on us. Ameen!
Peace!
I see. Here's a prayer:
Loving God, please grant me peace of mind and calm my troubled heart. My soul is like a turbulent sea. I can't seem to find my balance so I stumble and worry constantly. Give me the strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose and walk the path you've laid out for me. Ameen!
"Loving God"
This "loving God" that you mention, is actually the moral laws of the universe combined into a singularity.
What I'm talking about is a personal God — a God with a brain.
A personal God is bound to be eccentric.
There is just one God
nothing like a personal God exists in my dictionary
I believe, religious beliefs may differ, but human love should always survive and should remain green.
God is all Love!
Blessings and Peace to you!
"Kant believed that the shared ability of humans to reason should be the basis of morality, and that it is the ability to reason that makes humans morally significant. He, therefore, believed that all humans should have the right to common dignity and respect. Margaret L. Eaton argues that, according to Kant's ethics, a medical professional must be happy for their own practices to be used by and on anyone, even if they were the patient themselves.
Because Kant viewed rationality as the basis for being a moral patient—one due moral consideration—he believed that animals have no moral rights. Animals, according to Kant, are not rational, thus one cannot behave immorally towards them. Kant believed being cruel to them was wrong because our behaviour might influence our attitudes toward human beings: if we become accustomed to harming animals, then we are more likely to see harming humans as acceptable."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kantian_ethics
I'd probably freak out HAHAHA
I strongly believe heaven isn't like that. Hegel's philosophy is true I think, this is a place of preparation and that's what I think he's pointing out.
... and "In my Father's house are many mansions."
I think that heaven is very endlessly huge and can never be full.
I think there are amazing colors there, not seen on earth. I also tend to believe there are cosmic sounds and harmonies of tones. I think musicians hang out in that mansion. I believe they are mentally composing and creating music using the earthly method.
I think souls who have similar goals, aspirations and temperaments are together in separate realms in heaven. In what form? In bodies made of light. We keep the blue-print of our bodies after we pass on. The blueprint is the human light-body.
Some souls who never found harmony or happiness on earth or who were too busy with their own selfish interests and never found the joy of loving, helping and serving their neighbors or loved ones are also together. They are fighting, swearing at each other, conning and competitively tricking whoever will play. They one-up one another and have great wars. Over what? Maybe astral realms and supposed ownership of realms or planets. They will incarnate on earth ready for wars, either good or bad, depending on their consciousness.
I believe consciousness evolves toward love and compassion, away from selfishness and greed. Great joy is in store for those who forgive, hold no resentments and accept all fellows as they would like to be accepted. Woe to the critical who can never accept the imperfections or others. Woe to the self-oriented who never or rarely discover the joy of helping their neighbors.
Those who have discovered the joy of loving relationships and service to humanity will exist together in their "mansions." They smile at one another, sing and float. They are given the gift of creativity and will be able to manipulate colors of light, taste and prepare delicious astral vegetables and fruits.
Eventually, even these happy souls get bored and restless and decide to go back to earth ... perhaps to follow their loved ones who went back before them.
Something like that.
This is just your imagination. God has perfectly created everything in the universe. Everything from humans to insects runs on a complete system. Yes, the question arises as to why we human beings fail when God has made everything complete for us. Because God Almighty has given some authority to man. Like thinking, understanding things, using intellect, and making decisions. And when he fails to exercise his authority properly, he begins to blame his fate for his failure, which is his greatest oblivion.
If God can create distinct fingerprints for every human being, can't He also create an infinite paradise?
When God has commanded us, humans, to do justice, so he himself will surely do justice.
I am sure that the one who deserves heaven will definitely get it.
And what kind of politics can there be when everything is recorded and there are only decisions to be made by God.
If God had mental problems, we humans today would be eating grass instead of advancing in the world of technology.
Moondot, you speak my mind. But I can't buy that if "God had mental problems, we humans today would be eating grass." That said, I think what we should have been eating is rotten grass and sand, even the excreta of all animals. Seriously and critically, God, right from the beginning had inspired humankind with technology. I think it was initially musical instrucments. Then, followed with swords that throw out Satan and his cohorts out of the presense of God. Today, we have various tools-iron, silver, copper to be worked into any technology useful for mankind. Thank you for staying blessed.
That's what I am trying to say. Since its inception, man has been utilizing his skills, and God created the human mind perfectly. That means He is perfect.
If we take a look at the paradigm of human advancement in technology, our minds will be stunned.
Thank you...
"If God had mental problems, we humans today would be eating grass instead of advancing in the world of technology."
Lol!
+1
Then why shouldn't mankind made it as they've vegetables and fruits, seeds and nuts, roots and herbs including cow meat? My Kathryn, welcome to the disscusion.
Yes, it would be nice to say, humans have it made.
Am looking for a stick, to hit all the serpent that will zero in. It's too dangerous.
Heaven is just a concept to motivate people to follow the religion. There is no heaven and in any case fictional heaven is a place that will accommodate all good people.
In a fictional heaven, bad people can be accommondate as on earth. The real heaven that accommondated God and His angels permit even Satan, the Devil and his cohorts entrance on any occassion or event. Bible Job chapter 1.
If I get to Heaven and it’s full, I will just take a ticket and return to my life until God calls my number.
John, this is the best answer to the question. I loved it.
I think his question was not wrong. It might be taken humorously. But how can one say that God has mental issues? It is very ridiculous to say that. I don't care if someone is an atheist or belongs to any other religion. One must have respect for others' beliefs. I have no right to denigrate someone, and I expect the same from others.
He was just pranking jokes, Moon. He always respect back. He said he is talking about Personal God (A personal god is a deity that is, and can be related to as, a person). Do we believe in Personal God?
See this: https://hubpages.com/forum/post/4211644
https://hubpages.com/forum/post/4211620
He was not talking about God.
I agree we should respect each others' beliefs.
Sending Blessings to you, dear sister
I enjoy fantasies too, as an artist, my head maybe in the cloud. Also have one foot on the ground to live realistically..
Not putting your or any religion down, yet without free thinking and questioning they are just fantasies. Reach for the stars and bring what one can, back to earth.
I really would like to imagine my parents smiling down on me from heaven, yet they would be smiling down on hell too.
You're just geting smart now...and am not ignorant of your moves. Whether your parents are smileing down from heaven and up from hell at the same time,(who knows?) is not my point here. Seriously, you're being monitor for throwing hammers which is a bent you fancy. Clumsiness, fantasy, jokes are smeet to a limitation. Why were you instigating a response that will thread the forum to 'closed to reply'?
I find the topic of discussion quite interesting. And that is because the question seems to assume that heaven is a physical reality (which it isn’t, according to my beliefs) and that the soul of man is also physical (which it isn’t). According to my Bahá’í teachings, the afterlife realm is spiritual, and the soul of man is also spiritual. Being spiritual means they are not bound by time and space, and so the question of heaven being full doesn’t arise in the first place.
Bahá’u’lláh, Founder of the Bahá’í Faith, wrote a lot about the soul of man and the next life. Here are two short descriptions of the soul in the Bahá’í Writings:
“Verily I say, the human soul is exalted above all egress and regress. It is still, and yet it soareth; it moveth, and yet it is still. It is, in itself, a testimony that beareth witness to the existence of a world that is contingent, as well as to the reality of a world that hath neither beginning nor end.” (Baha'u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha'u'llah, #LXXXII)
“The soul is not a combination of elements, it is not composed of many atoms, it is of one indivisible substance and therefore eternal. It is entirely out of the order of the physical creation; it is immortal!” (‘Abdu'l-Bahá, Paris Talks, p. 90)
The only way we can reason about anything is by having created concepts about it -- and so we conceptualize about "something" like heaven and soul, which are merely our mental constructs. Just because some famous people were doing the same in the theater of their minds and made it public -- doesn't add a bit to what we could possibly "KNOW" about those unfathomable realms.
Religion is all about believing, not knowing. Knowing means that 2+2=4, and people of every religion agree -- whereas believing separates them into different "mathematics".
All these concepts and their versions are still up for grabs, since no one has come back from heaven to give us a reliable report. As a matter of fact, no one knows anything in that department, we are just playing in our minds with these' and other intellectual toys.
At times it all grows into intellectual arrogance, when people claim that "theirs is the only correct view". In my modest opinion, at this level of consciousness evolution we are not wired yet to process those other realms. But guessing is cheap, so we can have as many theories and beliefs as it pleases our imagination.
Anti-God people abounds anywhere. It's God who begins the rule of 1 + 1 are 2, or 2 x 2 are 4. But when man began to teach 1 + 1 are zero, and 2 x 2 are zero likewise, God arrive on the scene to examine His candidates. God found the mind already warped in relation to the soul. Now that the mind can't understand certain things in relation to the Godhead, what should be done? Is man to teach his God?
I think it is impossible to speculate an afterlife however your scenario does not sound like heaven, unless you’re a Mormon.
I laugh! What were you? I'm a penticostal.
Hats off to Revirio's brilliant question. He said in one of his responses that this forum thread is a healthy joke. So awesome to see so many wise and logical responses even after 2 months. Lol!!

Let's give a twist to this question:
"Think about what would happen if we discover in the hereafter that hell is overflowing with people, and as a result, we are given a free pass to Heaven".
