will the USA continuos being the world leader, what do the Bible state about this question?
The Bible says nothing about the United States. Your question is more for a reflection of Economic times of modern day, not Biblical times thousands of years ago.
Yes, if we can purge the communists from government.
Do you think there's a lot of them masquerading as socialist democrats?
Yes. At least I do.
I think the USA should've taken Joe McCarthy's fears more seriously years ago.
These days, the USA welcomes communists with open arms, putting them in the category of "minorities" or "immigrants" that should be given American civil rights. And of course that's a huge mistake.
So you thing that its the communists fault? Did you know that before Ronald Regan and his stupid economic plan the United states did not really have a poverty level, the rich and the poor were not that far away from each other economically. Of course only in America can they think that an actor can lead a country just because he looked cute in TV. Thanks to Regan this country started falling down the economic spiral it is in now with less than two percent of the American People owning 98% of this Country's Wealth
haha that's funny.
An actor is unfit?
...What do we have now in Office?
===a LAWYER/wannabe-civil-rights-activist.
Both very dangerous things, because what we NEEDED was a patriot.
Well, let me add that we still do have an "actor" there. Obama and half of Congress act ....strangely....quite often.
You do realize that fiscally we were far more like socialists during McCarthy's time than we are now. Just look at the tax rates. The top tax bracket used to pay nearly 100% to the IRS. What's the rate now, like 35%?
In reference to the Bible mentioning or not mentioning America is a matter of spiritual opinion.
Although the words "United States of America" are nowhere in the Scriptures, that doesn't mean their representation isn't mentioned. Russia and China aren't mentioned in Scriptures. But theologians hold a near unanimous consensus that Gog and Magog refer to Russia and the 200 million man army of Revelation (if viewed solely) could be filled by China alone.
There are other modern-day nations supposed by theologians to be depicted in the Bible to some aspect: Germany (Assyria), Iraq (Babylon), Great Harlot of Revelation (Vatican City), etc.
Although I'm not a staunch supporter of America in the Bible, I do believe the possibility is likely. Matthew 13:10-11 says: "And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?” He answered and said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given."
Parables, prophecies, symbolic representations are all part of the "mysteries"--secret understandings--of what has been decreed from the Kingdom Headquarters in heaven. Therefore Jesus said only His "TRUE" disciples would understand the mysteries within the Bible--not those who aren't His followers. This verse alone, not to mention a half a dozen more, validates the strong POSSIBILITY of the US featured in the Bible.
So perhaps some of Abraham's "many descendants" are British and Americans. And perhaps some of the "national curses" prophesied on the tribes of Israel (descendants of Abraham) pertain to America and Britain as well. Perhaps, some of those religiously confused people who enter the Tribulation to come out of it "washed clean" are some Americans.
Check the Books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy. Many of those divine curses are happening to America and Britain RIGHT NOW. The possibility of US being in Scriptures isn't fairytale or a figment of one's imagination or a trumped up delusion. It's likely.

Jerami ....
That number two hundred thousand thousand; the words thousand was interpreted from the words Madrid, Madrid.
I'm responding:
1st, Murios, yes, Jerami means “countless” as in a myriad. When the word is pluralized it denotes “ten thousand” or ten myriads. Now let’s examine the original Greek. The Rev. 9:16 phrase is “dismuriades muriadōn” and translates either to “two myriads of myriads” or to “two ten thousands of ten thousands.” The “dis” part of the first “myriad” translates to “double” or “twice” or as I stated “two.” So this “double” myriad calculated to this single myriad is relating to the mathematic value of multiplication. Therefore if 10,000 x 10,000 = 100,000,000 then doubling that would be 200,000,000!
There are other biblical verses that support the multiplying of the myriads versus the addition of them.
2nd, whether you believe this next explanation or not doesn't invalidate my first one. But the book of Revelation is a text prophecy. Throughout the Bible God has used prophetic fulfillment in the form of duality. There is a type and antitype. Something that occurs in the past will have "shadow" of its likeness to occur in the future..."a shadow of things to come."
True, the Turks fulfilled this prophecy in the form of an army that looked like "ten thousand of ten thousand" soldiers. But there will be another army to fulfill this prophecy in the literalness of 200 million soldiers. That is how God works in prophecy--a type and antitype. Two Adams 2 Elijahs, 2 covenants, 2 testaments, 2 Israels (physical/spiritual), 2 Jerusalems, 2 massive worldwide calamities, 2 witnesses, 2 human resurrections, etc. etc. etc. That's a numeric signature of God.
Good day.
Yep! America will be overtaken by China soon economically, and the hate filled American religionists will bring America to it's knees.
Shame about that, I have so many American friends who are way smarter than to sprout all the hateful crud that is causing America to be seen in a bad light by the rest of the world..
The Bible says nothing of the United States....so any reference of that book on this regard would be a fruitless, useless, and ridiculous effort....
The "US world leader" concept has been firmly based in our geographic location.... We control the flow of goods, and our control of hemispheric resources, above and below the Rio Grande, have given the plutocrats who built this nation enormous strength...and who profit whether or not the U.S. or China, or someone else is on top....
This is where their best interests and our national identity split paths... Our nation's survival is no longer as important as it used to be.... Our logistics monopoly is being undermined as we speak....by those who hold and harvest our national wealth to our expense...
I wonder why so many people waste their time/lives pondering about what is beyond death.... Life is too short, and too important to waste with the "beyond".....
Live life for today....do what you can now for yourselves and the world around you....
You should say I have not found anything in the bible about the USA. and the USA will always be #1.
My proof, Rev 13-11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. Now, if you need me to give you the interpretation submit a reply
The verses that you pointed out!!
The first beast that recovered from a deadly wound was a religious organization... Notice the part about worshiping it and it committing blasphemy for 42 prophetic months?
The second beast also is a religious organization.
"And he exercised all the power of the first beast..."
The same power (Also Religious). Two false religions.
The first beast has come to be called a false religion, and the second beast called the False Prophet.
Jesus taught the "Hebrew faith", though by fulfilling prophesy he added to it. The apostles taught the Hebrew faith and taught the fulfillment of that faiths' prophesy with the death and resurrection of "THEIR" Messiah. This early church was called a Hebrew-Christian Faith.
Prophesy that was received in 94 AD states that there will come two religions that will not follow the "Hebrew-Christian" faith.
How much Levin did Jesus say that it takes to spoil the barrel?
Haj-
What Jerimi said above is correct:
this passage has to do with false Religions, (meaning non-Hebrew and Non -Uncircumsized -IE- Non-Christian... ( Christian refering to those under the Grace after the death of Jesus). The Hebrews were considerd Under the Law. It refers to Beliefe systems that would rise to counter the Hebrew-Christian sects of that time.
Look guy, you post a lot of this stuff, but you seem to forget that you should review and study Biblical history as it relates to the time it happend. The time frame of what you quote had noting to do with Countries and Peoples as we know them today.
You really need to study first, learn what was happening during the times of the writings. Then alied with that, study the writings. Then, apply it.
If you will, Reason about the development of the people in those times, the evolution of men and women, their beliefs, what countries exhisted then, What Kings, Zars, etc...it all gives an exact picture of the writings and the possible intended meanings.
Please study, It would help you much.
I do believe in The God that Abraham,Daniel and the prophets spoke about.
I believe Jesus was their Messiah that was spoken of many times in the old testament.
But as I said in my last post ??? How much Levin did Jesus say that it takes to spoil the barrel.
Approx 240 years after this revelation was given to John Constantine established a new religion.
I think that the Church that the Roman Empire built added way to much Levin to the barrel.
Because they did this, It fulfillment the prophesy of Revelation 13. A Levin filled doctrine was established.
If Mohamed was a true prophet?? When he died his religion split into two different religions. (Two horns) One of these would have to be false. Therefore at least one of these would have to be "The false Prophet described in Rev.
I'm just saying that if you are going to believe the bible.
You would have to believe what it says about this issue.
How many clues are we going to interpret away??
Or, you can just interpret this problem away.. NO !Ya can't.
When we do that we become a part of the false doctrine.
I thought we were going to talk about it not throw stones. In Daniel the Bible identify what the beast are kings, or kingdoms Daniel 7-17 These great beasts, which are four, [are] four kings, [which] shall arise out of the earth. How do they arise through war, in Daniel 7 each kingdom over throw the others. But, in Revelation 13-11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. this beast come up out the earth, not through war. USA was the only Nation that did not come up through war. And the two horns was what the USA was founded on, freedom of religion, and civil freedom. The first beast is the four beast of daniel 7-7-14
I didn't realize that I had thrown a stone.
If we viewed the book of Daniel and the book of Revelation we SHOULD see these as sequels.
Kinda like Crocodile Dundee I and Crocodile Dundee II
Ya can't scramble the two together and make any sense out of it cause that isn't the way that it is.
Daniel was prophetic message that was given to that Hebrew Nation that ceased to exist around 135 AD. The Nation was gone. Those prophesy were fulfilled.
Revelation was prophesy given to the world, that pertain to a time period beginning from the birth of Christ until the time of the end.
Remember what you said The first beast that recovered from a deadly wound was a religious organization, that right, but, it was a civil power as well. Daniel 7-7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it [was] diverse from all the beasts that [were] before it; and it had ten horns. Why, was this beast diverse from all the other beasts, because it is religious and civil. Why, is the Catholic church diverse from all the other church, because it religious and civil, open your eyes.
The dream that Nebuchadnezzar had of the statue was interpreted as representing His kingdom and the next three kingdoms to have dominion over Israel (the earth)
The vision that Daniel had as described in chapter 7 were also interpreted (by Gabriel) as the first, second, third, and fourth kingdom to be given dominion over the earth (Israel) ((7:23))
Chapter eight Identifies the second kingdom and the third kingdom to have dominion over the earth as Persis and Grecia.
Back to chapter 7 The fourth kingdom has 10 horns and another horn rises up replacing three... That is how Daniel descries his vision.
Gabriel interprets it a little different.
The ten horns represent ten kings then another king rises up
AFTER those ten replacing three.
The prophesy described in these visions were interpreted by Gabriel as representing the first four kingdoms that have dominion over Israel. (the earth)
These prophesy was all fulfilled during the time of "THAT" Hebrew Nation that existed during the times of the first four kingdoms and the 14 Emperors of Rome.
It is not a coincidence that that Hebrew Nation ceased to exist during the time of the 14th Emperor.
Titus who destroyed the temple in 70 AD was the 10th.
The beast described in Rev. 13 is a totally different story.
That is what the story says until we change it with our interpretations.
Are you engaged in assertions related to confirmation bias?
The Bible specifically mentions (can't remember the exact verse) the rise of Canada as the world's new superpower.
We will be merciful to the attractive, but whoa to those less pretty

This has been tried before, it didn't work.
ShadowKing! wrote ....

Jerami ....
That number two hundred thousand thousand; the words thousand was interpreted from the words Madrid, Madrid.
A Madrid was commonly used when referring to the great numbers making up large number of the invading Turkish armies.
Not an actual number.
A Madrid is to say, a whole s--t load of troops
We can not take some of the words in scripture, the way that they were translated, literally.
I think that the sixth trumpet was talking about the Turkish rise to power that once they reached their full potential ; lasted until the end of WW1
I think the original Greek was "korpro-barus" korpro meaning feces from which we get the colloquial "crap" and barus meaning "burden" or "load" from which we get the word barrel.
@ShadowKing!
I don't know about the duality of prophesy ? Could be so ?
All that I have attempted to do is to express prophesy as it is written while attempting to interpret as little as is possible.
As for the 100,000,000 soldiers ??
Rev. 9:14
Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet.loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
And the four angels were loosed "Which were prepared for an hour and a day, and a month, and a year for to slay a third part of mankind.
What does this say ? Either there is such a thing as prophetic time being different than Earths real time or it isn't, It does not work both ways, At our discretion.
I believe that one week = approx 9.13 or 9.16 of our years.
But first let me say that most theologians teach that these four angels underwent "That period of time waiting, being prepared for that period of time. Which is a bunch of crock!
A little grammar check here. It does not change the meaning at all if we were to rephrase this sentence.
"Which were prepared .. "for to slay a third part of mankind for an hour, a Day, month, and a year".
They were prepared for to be killing a 1/3 part of mankind for that period of time.
This comes to approx 534 years that the Ottoman Empire continued conquering other kingdoms. At which time their conquests were finished. I believe the four angels represented the four Caliphates.
This land that was conquered , They maintained control over until the end of WWI
At which time I believe that the sixth vial was poured out.
We can not just take one little part of Prophesy and interpret that prophesy' meaning unless we consider every part of that prophesy.
Please give me your interpretation using every part of this prophesy. And don't forget that there is a difference between prophetic time and real earth time.
Theologians say that a year for us is like a day to the lord (concerning Prophesy) We can't have it both ways.
Either 62 weeks = 430 years as theologians say or 568 years as I believe or 62 weeks is just 62 weeks?
This is the hangnail on which many interpreters fail.
Okay. I understand that. But all those words you said still doesn't negate the reality of prophetic duality. It's not hard to understand that angels can be prepared to execute the same or similar task on a very day and hour. When I mentioned prophetic duality I wasn't referring that the Turkish conquests of the past would replay out again in the future. I showed how a double 10,000 times 10,000 equals 200 million and pertains to a future military force to rise up. Plain and simple.
Anything added to this in a rebuttal is simply missing the point: the 200 million-person army of Revelation has dual significance in history.
I have had this discussion on several other occasions with family and friends.
If I were to concur that the duality of prophesy does exist.
Because it very well might.
(So lets agree that it does).
I would think that it would be beneficial to discover exactly how the prophesy played out the first time in order to better anticipate how the duality side also plays out.
I couldn't agree more. I hadn't intended on going deep into it. But that is the heart of prophetic duality: it pretty much plays out the SAME way as before accept with new players. One must first correctly identify the first key players of the prophecy of the past. Then note what they did and didn't do. Then correctly identify the purpose. Next properly identify the second key players of the prophetic future.
I agree that is the proper perspective of dividing the evidence then calculating the truth to a whole.
To BDazzler:
Your "cyclic nature to prophecy" is the dual condition. The ramifications of the prophecy may be eternal but the prophecy itself will only play out twice. Babylon will only fall a limited number of time throughout eternity--not continually. However, a certain aspect "mentioned" in the prophecy might occur 50 times but even that aspect will be limited in time duration. Such as: idolatry, sexual immorality, lawlessness these are aspects within the content of certain prophecies. Throughout human history they have been repeated a zillion times. But God won't let them replay throughout eternity in a continuous "cyclic nature". For such a thing to happen forces one to admit God is powerless to stop things He hates. That equation presents the notion He's not Almighty and Supreme. To cosign the idea that the contents of a prophecy or prophecy itself are continuous in nature reduces God to a limited state like humans.
(In response to Jerami) ...
I don't believe that prophesy is 'simply' duality. If the word of the Lord is timeless and prophesy is the word of the Lord, then prophesy must also be timeless. Thus, what is and what was, will be again.
Solomon observed this in Ecclesiastes 1:9. I believe that there is a cyclic nature to prophesy, as there is a cyclic nature to ... well nature.
I think that we are in agreement,
I do think that specific prophesy such as is defined in Daniel and Rev. do come to pass exactly as described.
One specific blueprint as to when and how these events come to pass. Some of these events seem to either be repetitious "or" ongoing.
Take for instance ... the four horsemen of the apocalypse.
That verse mentions them coming down to the earth, and inflicting these calamities. It does not mention them being recalled up to heaven. I would think that this judgment was to be ongoing until the last prophesy is fulfilled.
It depends upon our understanding of the concept of duality of prophecy as to how much of it that I could agree with.
Though some of these events seem to be repetitive I believe that the master blueprint must be seen as singular.
I have not spoken with anyone that agrees with my concept concerning prophetic time and actual earthly equivalent being different.
Theologians seem to be yes and no on that issue. They recite verses such as a day to the Lord is as a year to mankind.
And we have the issue of the 62 weeks until the Messiah is cut off. (Daniel 9:26) theologians want to butter their toast on both sides. Sometimes a prophetic reference of time is a day = a year (according to them) and sometimes not.
I think we have to choose on this issue.
This "Beast" as described in Rev. 13 accomplishes too much stuff for it to all happen within 3 1/2 years of our time.
Forty two months has got to be referring a prophetic period of time; either a day for a year OR 62 weeks = 568 years as I suggest;(a week = approx 9.13years) Either way 42 months is a very long time when considered from an earthly prospective.
This is an issue that most Christians do not want to consider. For me this is one of the most important issues to consider when attempting to understand prophesy.
And I think that we have to understand prophesy correctly before we even begin to understand any of scripture properly.
But that is just MY opinion
Jerami:
I agree too that 42 months is too short for the last beast in Daniel and the primary beast in Revelation (one and the same) to accomplish every single woe attributed to it. Herbert Armstrong purported that the beast is the Roman Empire of Daniel (last one) and Revelations. He, like some historians, draw the conclusion that the 7 heads represent "revivals" of the Holy Roman Empire. Historians unanimously declare that there has only been SIX conglomerates of European nations to call themselves the "Holy Roman Empire".
Briefly the Roman Empire accomplished much of all that in Revelations ascribed to the Beast under six different monarchs in 42 symbolic months equally 568 literal years. The 7th and 8th head will be aligned with 10 kings (horns) to usher in a tribulation of nuclear war and religious persecution so great that their reign must "be shortened" to a literal 42 months.
If you accept God's prophetic duality--your calculations pan out to precise logic.
ShadowKing wrote He, like some historians, draw the conclusion that the 7 heads represent "revivals" of the Holy Roman Empire.
=========================================
I see the seven heads with ten horns that are wearing ten crowns as....
When Constantine constructed the church .. He divided the Roman Empire into seven districts (7 Heads)
Each district was assigned one Pope (Constantine's' choice)
These seven districts were then divided into three regions. The largest church was assigned another Pope and he was given authority over all of the churches in that region.
Now we have seven districts having ten popes each wearing their crown.
Lets look at the beast as a whole. Like unto a leopard, with feet of a bear and mouth of a lion.
The three regional head quarters were Alexandria, mostly populated by the Grecian people , built by Alexander the great who was described as a leopard (Daniel7:6)
Antioch which was located in far south extremity of Persia. (Daniel 7:5) second kingdom described as a bear
The other regional headquarters was Rome which had earlier as having teeth strong exceedingly.
Concerning one of the heads receiving a deadly wound?
In 357 The emperor and the pope in Rome had a disagreement that resulted in the expulsion of Pope Liberius and his exile.
Sounds like a deadly wound from a occupational prospective to me? Two years later, Due to public outcry Liberius was recalled to Rome and he resumed his position as Pope. This sounds as if he recovered from his deadly wound.
And all the people celebrated in the streets. Who can make war against the church if the emperor can't?
(Sorry I hit the wrong key)
This is about half of the reasons that I believe the beast is the church that the Roman Empire built. I wrote a hub on this, I think that I unpublished it with intentions of doing a rewrite. If so I'll republish it.
Who ever said the USA is "the world leader". The world is a collection of countries each with strengths, weakness, and a degree of influence over others. No one elected the USA the boss of it.
Then the "collection of countries" should get off the US teat.
Um, most countries in the world take no money or services at all from the US. And the US owes huge debt to other countries and the UN--perhaps those should be paid?
Psyche Skinner:
'
That mind frame fits post 2003: "most countries in the world take no money or services at all from the US." The US prior to 1992 had been the leader in most of the major industries of the world: agriculture, iron ore, finance, productivity, etc. What a lot people don't know, if they don't understand foreign politics, is that prior to 2003 MANY small nations looked to the US for protection, financing, food, military supplies, and better world status.
A book was written by Jim Jefferies in 1999 that exposed the unseen mask of other nations engaging in espionage and assassinations. More than half the world's countries engage in clandestine operations to usurp the US. 33% of half these nations intelligence budget is geared toward the sabotage of the US.
This new generation of Americans just don't realize how "safe" they live in the States. It's one thing to bad mouth our government's bad actions, it's another thing to give no credit to the good they provide us. Or less their role.

Sorry ,, left out this answer. (Rev 13)
This beast is not one of the four described in Daniel
This one comes up after the fulfillment of those prophesy described in Daniel.
One of the HEADS of the beast (Rev 13) received a deadly wound and recovered.
It was not long after (380 AD) The universal church of Rome was declared as the official religion of the Roman Empire that it gained control of the Empire. Later to be known as the Holy Roman Empire. Religion and government all in one.

Jerami It is written that the first beast was given 42 months to blaspheme. (Prophetic time equation)
During this 42 months ; It seems logical to me that you might say God takes himself out of this situation except that he sends his two witnesses down to the earth to keep some sort of equilibrium.
If the universal church that The Roman Empire built is the first beast? The second beast that had two horns like a lamb would have to represent Mohamed and the two religions that sprang from his teachings.
It is my understanding that when Mohamed conquered a country those people that were not Jews or Christians had to convert to Islam or die. He was sympathetic towards Jews and Christians.
When Mohamed died his religious movement was divided into two camps. Half the people thought that Mohamed's' son should take over the movement as was the custom in the day, Half of his followers thought his best friend and confidant would know best how Mohamed would want to proceed.
If Mohamed was a prophet, one of these two that took his place would have to be a False prophet? Yes ? or NO?
And this was their view of the situation at the time.
