What do you think about the new Pew study on religion? (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/25334489/) Of 35,000 respondants, Americans overhelmingly believe in God or a spiritual being. What I find interesting is that 70% of people said that many religions lead to eternal life. Also, 74% believe in heaven while 59% believe in hell.
Here is a good visual of survey results http://usatoday.com/news/graphics/2008_ … /flash.htm
Personally, I think it is great that people appear to be more tolerant of other religions. What do you think?
Personally, I think it is great that people appear to be more tolerant of other religions.Yes this is nice. The Americans have allways been very spiritual right from the Red Indians.
It was also interesting to note that most so called athiests did believe in god and did not really understand the meaning of athiest.Taking this into consideraton the percentage of believers is more.
This is possibly the most amusing thing you have ever said
