Do paintings of Lucifer, the devil or any other "under world" artistic creation serve to glorify satan or does the painting simply convey the real world fight for good and evil?
@all4jesus what fight?...personally i believe it is manifestation of freedom which we crave deep within...
@janesix according to bible Lucifer is satan...whats ur point...i mean who is lucifer according to u?
Turn the question around and I ask: Images of Jesus in Modern Art - Should it Be Censored?
Some controversial religious art are by truly religious artists expressing their viewpoint and not merely satirizing. The front yard Christmas display of Jesus shooting Santa was a heartfelt protest against the commercialization of Christmas."

Personally it's just art and I am looking for a poster of Bill Gates as the devil in Dante's Inferno ( saw it a long time ago - can't find it now). My neighbor has a metal sculpture of a horned devil with the word "Obama" on it's forehead. It's a political statement - not a recruitment for joining in league with the devil.
I believe in truth and knowledge - censorship is contrary to the human brain. If we censor our words, how can our brain process?
The heart of people is what God sees, if a photo moves us to think about good and evil, I believe it is an act that is good.
All acts can be malicious. All of our thoughts could be malicious.
A painting with evil fighting good to me is a great thing, it showcases we have the freedom to choose just as we have the freedom to create the painting and the freedom to view the painting.
Fascinating answers - thank you all very much for sharing. I respect your opinion and how we all look at images and life a little differently - with more hope, more love and more respect for each other.

Since I´m not very familiar with the folklore, and there seem to be quite a few ¨experts¨ here, I thought I´d ask.According to the storyline, Lucifer was the ¨highest of the high¨ or something to that effect. So, I guess that at some point, Lucifer must have had a higher ranking than Jesus. Yet,...

The Luciferian gospel:Genesis 1:1 we read, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth…” So, if Satan was a murderer from the beginning, then God created him that way. This gospel states that God is the author of evil if He created Satan evil from the beginning, so if God created evil...
