How do you get rid of pillow face?

Have you had an interview or important meeting scheduled for first thing in the morning and when you get up you have pillow face?  Pillow face are lines indented into your face from your pillow and/or sheets.  They generally go away on their own but if you are in a big hurry how would you get rid of them fast?

I've never found a way to get rid of them quickly so I always make sure if I have an early appointment, I get up 2 hours beforehand to shower and dress.  Hopefully they are gone by then, but not always.

I've read that silk pillow slips don't cause creases in your face, maybe you could look into buying one. As for getting rid of the face creases, I've never had any bad enough to worry about, would think a gentle massage with moisturiser while in the shower might help.

Sleep standing up. Get up a little earlier and allow time for them to go away.

Since the marks are due from lack of blood flow to the skin, I'd say rub your face, massaging it, then moisturize it by wetting it with cool or luke warm water, maybe adding some day cream to get blood flow back to the face.

Pillow face just gradually goes away with time. So maybe try getting up earlier. I really like that picture. Keep on hubbing  smile

massage your face and pinch it - rub some moisturiser on your face at the same time.
