I never understood why women would want to look like a largemouth bass. Whenever I see a woman who has had this procedure, that's what comes to mind.

Save your money. Don't waste it on botox. It's just plain ugly. Maybe spend it on a fishing rod and give it to a man of your choice. He will get more enjoyment out of the rod than having to look at your oversized lips. Women, in our culture, need to learn how to grow old gracefully. Men don't have to worry about it. Maybe that's why they enjoy fishing when they get older.

Maybe not attractive on a conscious level.  But on a subconscious level, large lips indicate a woman who may be sexually ready. The lips tend to imitate the swollen vulva of the virgina of a women in an excited state and, ipso facto, ready to conceive.  We are evolutionarilly programmed to reproduce and the signals we get from our senses: smell and sight especially, lead to flirting and therefore to sex.

I am a U.S. male and I find those lips GROTESQUE. All those bimbos who want Angelina Jolie lips are warped.  Jolie has (had?) a smokin' bod, but those lips are a turn-off.  Then you get complete wack jobs like Octopussy (Octomom) who used Jolie as a model for her plumping.  PATHETIC!

The 'big fat" lips are generally not from Botox, they tend to be from 'Lip Fillers'.  It's a gel-type substance which forms like a temporary implant in the lips to make them puff out - Products which are injected into the lips to plump them up, make them big and juicy..I agree sometimes way too much!   On the other hand Botox is an injection which paralizes part of the muscles, not making them bigger.

Recently Botox has been used on lips (and I tried it), it doesn't make much of an obvious difference - it's generally more used to stop wrinkles.  Some people have gone too far with this product too. At least it wears off within a few months!

No not at all, they make a woman look like she is permanently smirking or can smell something rank - it's not a good look.
