      Well, Cags said it first, but I am inclined to agree with him.  You ladies don't have to do much to be cute.  Natural, healthy, happy, cry over sad movies, wear heels once in a while, smile a lot and try to remember the old saying, "Pretty is, as pretty does."  I think.....

    I would say, laugh often, make others happy and be the way you are! Remember, keep the smile.. leave the tear.. think of joy.. forget the fear. By doing/adapting this, your cuteness and your innocence will automatically come on your face

       I'm not sure I'd agree with the "acting more cute" thing.  That can backfire.     A lot of people don't find "acting cute" very cute at all.
