Why is your country the best?

Many of us hubbers live in different countries to one another. Why is your country the best?

Oh, let me biased here! Thank you! Simply, America is the best because she is a mix of the world. Only the native American Indian is truly native. Americans are essentially a wonderful rainbow of diversity.

I think, asking for why your country is the best country should come up with a specific category. But since there is not, I would say that my country is the best because for me it is the best. Haha.

I'm not so sure many people anywhere in the world are proud of their own countries. Nationalism is passe. People are proud of their culture and the achievements of their families. The nation-state is too much of a self-serving politcal entity to be loved. That said, there are some things the US does very well and there are some things other nations do very well. In the US, I am proud of our relatively-high level of freedom we enjoy.

No one country is the best; we're all necessary to one another.  We all have BIG issues, and we all have different strengths as well.  World powers like the US (where I live) last on average 200 years before they begin to crumble.  Fascism takes hold, the people get tired and overthrow, a new government is put into place, the populace gets numb, and the whole cycle starts again.  I love my country and it's the best for me because I'm used to it, but there are glaring problems with the government of this country--and many others.  smile  But if I had to pick one reason why America (USA) is the best, it's because we USED TO HAVE A Constitution and Freedom!

Hi.... I am from India and I am proud to be an Indian. I think the best thing about my country is that there are various kind of religions here like Hindu, Muslims, Christians, Jain, Sikh and many more.

All these communities are almost different from each other. But still we stay peacefully with each other. We all celebrate Diwali, Id, Christmas etc. with each other peacefully.

So in my opinion India is a place where one can find every religion but we still united and live happily with each other.

Australia is an amazing place to live with good wages , free hospital care ,amazing places to visit , free camping when traveling , such a diverse lifestyle here . I was watching a crocodile in the water while eating breakfast , have snorkled with a turtle at Ningaloo Reef , yet also enjoyed a bit of city life occassionaly .
I am not saying it is the best country tho as I love New Zealand, was born in Wales and a lot of countries have something good to offer .
America is a place I would love to visit again( as well as Europe ) but if I could only earn $8 an hour instead of $22.86 I don't think we could afford to live there .
