What are the top places to visit in the world for diving/scuba diving?
Egypt - Sharm El Sheikh
Maldives - all islands/atols
Australia - Barrier Reef
I prefer UK diving though - colder but easier and less expensive. Egypt though has fascinating Wrecks!
Greek coasts. Countless shipwrecks and underwater life spectacles to explore.
Andaman & Nocobar Islands in India is the best place for Scuba diving I think.
Funny you should ask Kell...
I've never scuba dived, only snorkeled and it was many years ago. The two places I did it and loved it was Corsica and Crete.
Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia is great for snorkeling ( Beautiful coloured fish - turtles etc ! ) also out of Cairns .
Hope to go snorkeling in Greece & other places soon.
Red Sea in egypt,
The Blue Hole in Belize is one of the most famous dive sites in the world. This site was made famous by Jacques Cousteau who declared it one of the top ten scuba diving sites in the world. You can dive in crystal clear water and see several types of reef sharks as well as the bull shark and hammerheads.
